    I have 2 devices hooked to my internet (I’m the only one living here) my phone and iPad I don’t play games I look at face book and read emails and that’s only done for a brief moment I’m out of high speed data by 8 days after it has renewed! This service is no good run from this find a different service! I’ve only had Viasat for 8 months and it’s been like this every month! I’m so sorry for getting this service(if that’s what you want to call it) when my contract is up I will be switching….this is the worst internet company anyone could have…

  • The Worst App for the Worst Service

    Most of the time the app doesn’t work. It crashes. It can’t show you your data usage. You can’t change plans.

    Viasat itself is bad. Even when you’re at full high speed data, it will act like you don’t have any data. Just don’t sign the contract for Viasat, you’ll regret it.
  • What a joke

    Tech support is a joke. Takes forever to speak to human. Our box is 15 years old. That’s 2000 years old in tech age. Have to have local tech come out. Just send a new box. No I don’t want to use AP. I have 2 accounts. One account runs out of data.
  • Pointless

    Have literally never been able to log in to my account, either online or via this app. I’ve changed passwords, contacted customer service. Customer service told me they’ve been doing “web improvements” for the last week and when I indicated I hadn’t been able to log in for 3 months, they revised their response and said “oh yeah, improvements have been going on for months”. Joke of a service and company. If it wasn’t the only option I would have been gone a long time ago.

  • Too high and buggy app

    I pay $174/ mo for 100 GB of high speed data. Way too much but no other options where I live! App demands log in credential everytime I check my service and after logging in spins incessantly….can you please fix??? An ongoing issue😵‍💫😳🥴
  • Stop calling the plan “unlimited”

    To call any plan unlimited on Viasat is false advertising. I stream less than 30 minutes a day. In less than two weeks, I was told that I had used all of my data and had to purchase more. This was with the top plan! I changed to the cheapest plan now, since they’re ALL the same!!I’m dropping this service like a bad habit as soon as cable is connected in this area next month.

  • Worst service ever because they can

    I am a captive to satellite internet service due to being in a underserved country community. If it is at all possible I don’t know how much worse it could be. Apps don’t work correctly internet speeds are not achieved as advertised and customer service is almost nonexistent is you are lucky enough to get through to a actual human representative. Would give us 1/4 a star if able. Also am getting the ACP discount but it took a additional 3 months for the discount to show up. If customers were that tardy in paying their bills wonder what would happen. Anyway I filed complaint with the FCC again! Wonder what bogus excuse they come up with this time. Have something shame and improve yourselves to a minimum of some type of dependable quality services I entirety.

  • If I could rate zero stars I would

    I agree with the other reviews about feeling duped. The service itself is terrible and unreliable, and if you have any issue the recommendation is to upgrade. You are at the mercy of how ‘many people in your area’ are utilizing the network. I thought this was a satellite-based service? Network traffic shouldn’t really be an issue. When you are in a situation in which your options are limited, it is easy for a company like this to take advantage, and they do. I would never recommend to anyone.

  • Worst Internet and App EVER

    The internet nor the app NEVER work!!! A complete waste of money and time! Don’t bother with this service, save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. It’s outrageously expensive and service NEVER works…will not even load emails. I pay $250 a month and I’m repeatedly told there’s nothing wrong with my speed nor service.
