The items that are in the book are not always in the system when I go to the cash register at Walmart then I cannot get the items and I have to go home and I have to call the number that is in the book then I find out that the number that is in the book is the incorrect number so something needs to be taken care of so the cash registers at Walmart need to have the items that are in the book taken care of and then the phone number that we are to call when we want to purchase that over the counter products Needs to be corrected sorry I spoke on the phone so no pronunciatio

Confusing app

Use the app and select products thru Walmart. All items selections are with the HealthyBenefits mobile app. I assume items I select are covered under the BCBS HealthyBenefits program. At payment checkout time it asks for an additional payment form (credit card). WHY??? If the items are covered with the Benefits app card WHY do I have to pay with my credit card. This makes no reason to me other than it’s a Walmart transaction. If items are not covered under the selection within the app tell me if I HAVE to pay for the items with my own money.

Horrible

This app is about taking your money, they say they are about healthy food but the approved items are all processed. Since the approved supermarkets either tell my parents they have no money or the items are not approved even though they are. My parents have used OTC for many years and ever since United Health Care changed to Healthy Benefits Plus it’s been a headache.

I’m going to keep writing reviews because the high ratings are lies.

Items that are approved on one day is rejected the following day. Cashiers tell my parents they have no money on their cards when they have more than enough. Walmart is being pushed on customers, the healthiest items are pickup orders and the closest Walmart is 10 miles away. The items for delivery is VERY limiting, Walmart also change items that were delivery to pickup.

My parents get anxiety about going to pharmacy since that’s the only place where they can buy. Again, items that are approved by scanning the items on the app is rejected by the cashiers and sometimes yell at my parents because they have to void the transaction because my parents can’t pay out of pocket.

Where did my order go?

This is my second comment. With out being able to get my NON FOOD items in store because it only accepts food and feeling about ready to give up I decided trying again ordering my non food items on line. I pick out everything and check out and it says order sent. I even took a screenshot of my purchases and my total and remaining credit. For 2 days I don't get any email talking about my order. I check on the app to look at purchase history and to my dismay all my credit money amount is back at the amount before I ordered anything. So I get my money back but no order. Just like I didn't order anything. So now I can't get things in the store and I can't get anything online. This is the biggest joke there ever was. What happened to my order??? What a horrible thing to put seniors through.

Hi there, for an easy login experience, you can enable biometrics in your phone settings to log in on the mobile app, to avoid typing in your email and password every time. Quite useless

You can go into Walmart and scan something and it says it’s part of the plan. I’ve spent several hours in Walmart picking up items to see if they were part of the plan.
But when you get to the check out most of the items are not on the plan. And the cashier said she can’t take it off because she doesn’t know which ones aren’t part of the plan. So you end up paying out of pocket for items that shows as part of the plan.
I spent $89 from items suppose to be part of the plan and then I ended up paying $52 in cash. I would not have taken the items that were not covered through the register but she could not tell me which ones weren’t. She said it’s a common thing with this card, is very troubling and a lot of people get upset. I can see why.
I’ve always ordered through the catalog until is offered little of what I needed and I HAD to go to the store.
I would prefer having the products that we had in the past year. Or if they were at H-E-B to the list of stores to get items from. It’s more of a hassle than a help.
Fix the problem so when people go to the store the items that show covered are covered.
When I called in explaining what happened the Lady told me Walmart could charge whatever they wanted. And if they didn’t cover some of the items then they couldn’t do anything about it. That Walmart could change what they wanted and when they wanted.
This card is a nuisance instead of a help

Problems

I gave the program 3 stars because it is a good program but the app needs work. I lose most of my benefits each month because of the app not working correctly. I haven't tried the card in the store because the app is more convenient well it would be if it worked. Every time I try to make an order I get a message saying that my cart was recently updated and confirm my products. I'm not sure what it wants me to check because the items in my cart are the ones I want. This isn't the only problem with the app but hopefully if this one gets worked out the other problems will too.

App is ok

This is great for helping you keep track of your balance. The scan items to check if it qualifies, however, needs work. I scanned every item to see if it qualified for the benefit and all the items I put in my basket registered as qualified. Any that came up not qualified was put back on the shelf. So I finish scanning and selecting my items and go to the register get rang up to be told there is a balance due. It took 3 employees to figure out which item did not qualify for the purchase. Then once they did, the whole order had to be voided and started over. I’m not the only one this happened to. It is frustrating and leaves some people in tears.

Ridiculous & Unacceptable

I get my info signed in and then the screen is frozen. This happened 7x now. A week ago I tried several times and got nowhere. Frozen screen. Deleted the app turned off phone and tried again -nothing, frozen screen.
Yesterday signed in and everything on screen comes on but it’s frozen.
Today I thought this will be different. Signed in and guess what -a frozen screen. Deleted the app and turned off phone. So I just tried yet again but there’s no satisfaction with this stupid app. What good are these benefits when they’re app is not working and useless.
So much for my anxiety today it’s been blown.

Won’t work!

I have tried and tried to get this to open and it does NOTHING! I have deleted the app and then reinstalled it and even contacted the website. They told me it only happens on certain phones??!! Like what?? I have the iPhone 12 plus with all updates installed and it was working just fine and then at the beginning of the year it just stopped working! I enjoyed having the app to order from the comfort of home because I have a weak immune system and choose to shop from home. They need to fix the bugs ASAP and stop blaming the technology of peoples phones. My phone works perfectly for everything else!!

Useless to scan items in store !! I’ve 2 yrs !

This app is supposed to help us scan items in stores to see if the products are approved. I’ve had the app over two years and it still doesn’t work as intended to check items so we don’t have to scan everything at the register smh 🤦‍♀️ and then find out it’s not approved. So when will your app ever work correctly? What is wrong with your system that it doesn’t line up with cash registers in stores? Also it lies when you scan an item it will say not approved but the store cash register approves it 😂I’m probably just going to delete it from my phone coz it’s useless and they’ve had two years to fix it 😳 . I’m just being honest not mean and this is facts 💯💯💯 not worth using this app just go online and get your balance from UHC instead or call to order stuff through UHC they’ll ship it free! And you can buy just one item over the phone and they ship it with no charge to ship it to your home! And I’m glad the store register approved my items when the app didn’t! NEEDS IMPROVEMENT OVER TWO YEARS STILL DOESN’T WORK AS INTENDED
