  • It’s okay.

    The app gets the job done, and I Like the updates that were just made. However, it would be much appreciated if we could see more transaction break downs on one page. Maybe perhaps current rates as well?

    Also, can we get Apple Pay integrated to the app to make check out easier?
  • Just discovered this app

    I live in Philly and use ez pass enough to want to be able to maintain my account. Finally there’s an app to do this easily. Not sure if it’s only for folks in PA because this is mighty great and would like to share with friends in other states.
  • Can’t add a payment method

    Cool concept but it seems pretty broken. I got a notification that my payment card was expiring so I went in to add a new card. I tapped the “+” and just, nothing. I thought maybe it only allowed one payment method at a time but I also couldn’t delete my expiring card either because a payment method is required.

  • App doesn’t work

    If you try to make any changes on the app it doesn’t allow you. When you call The workers will fix it but act like you don’t understand how it works ummm yes I do your app is faulty and confusing. You will always have to be on the phone with them for any changes and the changes will not show up on your app. Down loading the “new and improved App now” We will see. If it works I’ll be sure to give a better review.

  • Great concept, but terrible UI

    Got this app to pay a Toll By Plate invoice using my EZ Pass account. Ultimately had to call EZ Pass to get it done. I think this app is a good concept that wasn’t the executed well. It’s difficult to find where you need to go and, like I said earlier, I wasn’t able to find where to enter a TBP invoice number to pay. Called customer service and they said it’s possible, but didn’t explain how. I tried to log into TBP side of the app, but it told me to log into the EZ Pass side to pay an invoice with my account and, like I said earlier, I never found the place to pay it and had to call anyways. To fix it, I think they should add an invoice pay option right on the homepage, that way it’s easy access.

    This app is absolutely horrendous, even though I sign in with the exact same credentials on the website , and even after all my credentials worked when I opened it the first time today it will now not recognize any of my credentials. All three were declined as invalid. Then I turned my phone on and off, nope so then I deleted and redownloaded the app 3 times, nope. A giant piece of crap. Don’t know why they even recommend anyone using this. You’re better off just using the website.

  • App has decided to not load!!!!

    Unfortunately I cannot give it zero stars, since this will not send without a rating! Until recently, the app was fine, loaded with no problem. It has all of the sudden, decided to time out every time I try to log in. I have called the Ezpass group in PA and they have indicated that the site does not work well with safari!! Imagine that! I can log in on my pc, (an HP product) using Firefox or Microsoft Edge, with no problem at all. The app simply no longer works on my iPad or iPhone!

  • App does not work well

    The app is not great. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the basic functionality of the app. With each update one thing is fixed and then another is broken. For instance when attempting to add a card to your wallet the “+” does absolutely nothing and you can’t remove the original payment method. Forcing you to constantly have to check back to the app to make sure you don’t owe money.

    I think this application would benefit greatly from an overhaul and there needs to be more testing done.

    Thanks for your feedback. From what you’ve described, it sounds like you’re using Dark Mode on your device. The app currently does not fully support Dark Mode, however that is coming soon! For now, if you take your device out of Dark Mode, you’ll see the option to add a new credit card appear when you tap the “+” on your wallet. To remove a payment method, just swipe left, and you’ll see the Delete icon appear. We hope you find this helpful. We’ll have Dark Mode support very soon and we would certainly appreciate any other feedback or updates you may have.
  • Not working

    I trying to did it in my phone and the app automatic close when I put already my credit card to pay. i didn't have more option go to the website and pay
  • Nothing fancy. But does the job for me.

    Has all functionality that i need. But i have just one car, so no tricky use cases for me.
    Face id had a few glitches, but seems to be working fine in general.
