  • Terrible - just pay by phone

    After wasting 20 minutes trying to pay my toll by plate on my laptop, mobile AND the app with absolutely no success I just paid by phone. That took way longer than needed but at least it worked. Baffling how any of these products got released.
  • Easy work but could be better

    Impressive how simple to use, but it would be better to add Apple Pay in, and why it’s a 4+ app? Not properly at all
  • Rubbish onboarding

    Step me through 7 or 8 panels of of form fields (on a phone) like address, phone number, DL number, credit card info, car info, etc and only after I get to the end and submit am I told there is a registration error. Could error message be any more generic? Based on any of the info I entered during my onboarding journey could you not have told me this wasn’t going to work and spare me the aggravation of going back through my information checking for errors? And the aggravation of composing this 1 star review?

Honestly, we’d like to help, but anonymous negative reviews really don’t help anyone.   • Where’s the money going?

    Certainly not into app development. Maybe they could invest some of that toll revenue into a functional app. Text fields are unreadable if you have dark mode on, the interface is clunky, and buttons don’t work. I can’t even add a new payment method; the plus button glows for a second then disappears.

  • Needs update

    I’ve had this app for a couple of years now and at first it was running smoothly but as of lately, the entire app is faulty. When trying to request a new password, you have to call the help center because the link never sends an email. When you call the help center, they’re helpful but it takes some time to get through. Once receiving a new password, trying to log in and create a new password, the app doesn’t even allow the keyboard to come up so that you can change it. It’s best if you just call and add whatever you want onto you account. Hopefully this will be able to get fixed

  • Can’t log in

    After setting up my account I was never able to log in again. I would immediately be locked out of my account after entering the correct user info and the same thing would happen after I tried resetting it multiple times.
  • Version 2.0.37 fixed the freeze/crash issue!

    The development team were so responsive when I communicated to them that the previous version had freezing/crashing issues. They kept me up to date on their progress and asked questions to make sure they understood the details of the issue. This app is in good shape, will endure, and will be reliable as long as there is a tremendous mobile support like the current dev team. Thank you for your prompt responses and a great app!

  • Works well. Useful tool to manage toll charges

    Bug has been fixed and so far it’s working really well now. It’s a good tool to manage your toll charges.

    Would love to see the ability to drill down to transactions when clicking on the graph page so you don’t have to then go back and search.
  • Frustrating

    This app is terrible. The so called update for advance credit card features has disabled the ability to even add a new card. My account is in the negative because I can’t add my new card to it. And can’t do it on the site because for some reason the minimum amount you can put on online is $70 and the minimum on the app is $35 absolutely ridiculous. Test your updates before you put them out.

  • Keep crashing

    This app is good to see all the transactions and keep records of every tolls but it keep crashing and closing on me , which Is frustrating. Then the communications messages I can’t read their response because it’s light yellow with white fonts that’s s another issue I’m having, I would have to go online to read it instead using this app. Please fix that.
