Not working
I have been trying to get this app to work for months. Wanted it for the weekly adds since our town doesn’t deliver them with paper.
Updated again and again, nothing.

Don’t roll out a new program like digital coupons without fixing the app. Now, your frontline employees have to deal with it not working. Now, your customers will have to wait longer because the staff has to explain, apologize and take their wrath. Why give Karen’s an excuse. Moronic…. Million dollar decisions made by idiots…

Not satisfied with app
Just downloaded and use the app for my shopping trip today after noticing in the weekly ad that there are now “digital coupons”. You are supposed to be able to add the coupons to your barcode and have them scanned for an addition discount on goods, however, after checking my receipt, not a single one of them worked. It wasn’t that I picked up wrong items because they have the sale item marked in store which I appreciate and the ad is marked for my store so prices should be accurate. 18-ct eggs were supposed to be $ .98, I paid $1.15, Diet Pepsi was supposed to be $1.95, I paid $2.29, avocados were supposed to be $ .69ea, I paid $ .79ea. Chuck roast was supposed to be $4.24/lb, I paid $4.99/lb. It is difficult to look at the receipt and know what you paid because it shows whole dollar savings so until you calculate discounts, you don’t know what you paid. Normally I would’ve asked for an adjustment/refund, but there was only one worker who knew a little about the app and they were shorthanded so I didn’t want to be the Karen holding up the line. I know it doesn’t seem like much, but if you go through the effort to download their coupons and make a special trip to their store to shop to get these deals, it’s pretty disappointing to not receive them.

Weekly Ads Not Loading
The whole reason I have this app is so I can see the weekly ads. They have not been loading for a while now. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app with no luck. Please fix!

Really great app 👍 It is neatly organized, most items shows the pictures, the ounces and the quantity. I really like how fast everything went, i ordered over 50 items from this smart & final app, and received them the next day! They ask you what time you want your order to be delivered to you and honestly they are very punctual with that time. The person who delivered it to me had it nicely place in the bags on my porch and rang when he was finished, only problem i had was that maybe 4-5 of my items i ordered were not the ones i found inside the bag. Either way, it was nice of them to cancel them out from my order and return that money back to me. Still i would like to return the items that have been replaced from the ones they couldn't get and hopefully get my money back on those.
A suggestion for this app would be that if the customer ordered one specific thing, then please do not try to find a replacement for it. If you cant find my item then take it out of my cart please :)

Wont let me sign in
I can sign onto the smart and final website and order deliveries via my phone browser but not the phone app. Same account information but won’t even let me reset the password via the app.
Terrible App
I couldn’t get this app to work on my phone but it worked on my laptop. Still not worth using it because the store itself has no process in place for staff to follow. I tried it three times and the experience was different every time. The employees were confused and each time I went to pickup my order they never asked where I was parked, I had to chase them down lol. There’s no designated parking space for pickups. One time they didn’t even bother to bag my grocery’s. Another time I had to go inside and they couldn’t find my grocery’s. Easier to just go inside and do the shopping myself.

Terrible service
My order is constantly being cancelled. There is little to no communication. I on my had one missing item and my order cancelled. I asked why it was and customer service is the worst. I received a messge staing I’m almost done the. 5 minutes l received a canceled order. Awful service no communication.

Poor UI
The UI in the app is quite poor. It has you put in the same information several times in the checkout process, despite it being in my profile already. There is no support for auto fill either.
Also does not have any Apple Pay/Apple Wallet support.
This is a great shame as this is our preferred grocery store for much of our shopping needs.

Not glitchy for me, BUT...
This is a horribly designed app as many things are extremely hard to find. The worst part however is they provide no way of tipping your drivers electronically! Avoid this app, and use whatever delivery company is your favorite. Shipt and Instacart both go to S&F.
