Love my aligners,hate the app
I get notifications and cannot get them to actually open the app. The app glitches and closes immediately. I downloaded the app to do my check-ins because the mobile site wasn’t working for me. If I open the app from my Home Screen it prompts me to login and then I have to restart the process everytime by telling it when I started, which set I’m on, the last time I changed them etc. Very disappointed with the support I’m supposed to be receiving in this process.

Works as promised
I have a front tooth gap and crowding of my lower front teeth. I’m halfway through my aligners plan. My gap is gone and my lower teeth are lining up nicely. The app couldn’t have come at a better time to keep me on track, open up easy communication and make sure I cross the finish line with meeting my expectations of fixing my front teeth and smile. The app interface is clean and easy to use, very intuitive. Thanks. It’s a big help.

Helpful app!
Getting started with Byte has been so easy especially with this new App! The reminders, quick access to chat with the Byte team, and the check-ins have been so great. It’s beautifully designed as well. Great work with this App!

Best Telehealth App
I use a number of telehealth applications ranging from Dr Appointment scheduling to therapeutic meditation. This is by far my favorite yet. No other ortho care company comes close. Provides guided instruction and reminders for my aligner treatment and even connects to my Hyperbyte. So glad I decided to improve my smile with byte.
