  • No Loyalty. Not Fair. Not there.

    I paid for 12 years and never used the insurance. Turned out that a year ago the card on file was expired and my policy was cancelled. I called to reinstate it and now my cat is too old for them to insure… are you serious?!I paid you for a decade and I can’t be reinstated?! This company is trash with trash ethics. You WILL get screwed from them. Do not recommend.

  • Can’t login

    This app won’t even let you reset a password. It’s 2023 already, this is so basic. The level of incompetence is embarrassing. Absolutely ridiculous.
  • Review for app only, not insurance company or coverage

    This review is for the APP ONLY. Both insurance coverage and service have been 5 stars. However I have not been able to use this app for several months in 2022. The app was a quick easy way to submit claims after a vet visit and check account information. I do miss it. In the meantime, I’ve been uploading claim documents at the website. It’s not a big deal, but not as convenient as having the app. Claims are still being processed in a timely manner. Please fix the app!

  • Great Service, easy to use App

    I have had no issues submitting my claims via the app. As soon as I get the receipt at the vets office, I scan it into the app and submit the claim right away. Turnaround time is always very quick and having two labs with allergies, Multiple surgeries for one and lots of meds, this insurance has been a lifesaver!

  • Crashes every time

    This used to be a great app that seemed to be part of the company’s efforts to make reimbursement quick and easy, with claims done in two or three days. Now it’s an app that crashes as soon as it’s opened and a waiting game to get reimbursed (after you submit the documents using a method other than this app). I can’t believe it says the last update 6 months ago was to fix crashes… since this has been going on for over a year. So the company obviously is aware… and doesn’t care enough to follow up.

  • insurance Company excellent, App horrible!

    I have submitted a couple different claims, and they are great at reimbursement, and the agents that I have spoken with have been nothing but helpful. I understand that those specific people have nothing to do with the app, and my recommendation would be that the app would definitely raise my entire experience to a five star rating.

  • THE WORST PET INSURANCE

    delete this app and cancel this insurance ASAP. My cat died months ago and his hospital bills cost over $3k. I’ve sent every record and invoice to the company and they keep losing them and saying they haven’t received them. I’ve tried calling customer service 3 times and every time it’s a nightmare of them having absolutely no idea what’s going on, promising me they’ll figure it out, then not hearing from them for another month. I would actually be surprised if I get anything from them at this point. on top of that they keep charging us our monthly even even though our cat is dead. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY. dealing with this while mourning my cat has been an absolute nightmare

    My almost 6 year old dog has been insured with Healthy Paws since he was 6 mos old. The insurance has been of great service since he suffers from skin allergies and requires medication. I’ve also submitted claims for toxicity cases were he has been hospitalized for days. I’ve never had an issue with my reimbursements and submitting my claims was as simple as uploading a picture of my vet bill using the up. The company’s follow up for additional medical records when more information is needed to assess the claim has also been a simple email with the requested information. I would give them 5 stars for their coverage and responsiveness. However, lately the app shuts down when I open it and submitting vet bills is now non-existent through the app. And for that reason I give them 1 star because I can’t give the zero. PLEASE FIX IT NOW!

  • Love this insurance and app….

    I’ve had insurance with this company for almost 6 years now and have always received excellent service. They process the claims quickly and when I’ve spoken to someone by phone, they are always super nice and helpful. The app has always worked perfectly on my phone so not sure why so many negative reviews. I use an IPhone.

  • New customer review

    I cannot seem to log in, no matter what. It’s extremely frustrating. “Server error” won’t go away. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app several times with no change. I changed my password through a browser three times! Note—I can sign in and view account just fine on safari. I created a policy as a new customer two days ago. Because there is an app I should not have to log into their website every time. This app is unresponsive. Fix whatever issue this is. I’m very unimpressed with the service and I’m two days in.
