Busted app for busted people
Unum needs to do better on their technology dept. Everything is electronic, yet there is always an issue getting into the app/website. How can anyone properly manage their claim with this app, you can’t. Fix the issues.Appster2021!

App not working
I have been trying to login for over 2 weeks and the app just keeps saying, we are having problems loading. But then the website recommends that you use the app.Becksnfx70
Trash App
it doesn’t work, use Chrome or whatever web browser. once I open the app i get the error message. Ive deleted, reinstalled and made sure the latest version was up to date. Boo, I boo this app!Nudgetallica
App Doesn’t Work Most Days
Unum strongly encourages for clients and members with active claims to use this app or website and neither work most days. Documents will never upload through the app. The app and website simply is always having technical difficulties.LKRH#1

Don’t waste your time or money with this company
The app doesn’t work and it’s definitely INTENTIONAL to prevent you from accessing your claim information, uploading documents, and receiving your benefits. I will be canceling my policy immediately. Customer service is horrendous. The lady hung up on me after telling me my already previously approved claim, was cancelled.Show lessapril.jo
Purposely bad
This app and company trys to slow down progress so payment are off , they dont put in info correctly you jave to always keep prof and upload the info show proff of it has been sent to get anywhere. Second there is no fraud department so if you call about a check they cant help you with out a accountShow lessHgcxdhbxd
