  • The Worst Wellness Program

We have participated into other programs through other insurance companies. This is the least motivating and the most stressful program. It doesn’t always track what activity we do even though the app is attached to our fitbits. Poor instruction leads to more work and less outcomes. The only activities allowed to decrease insurance premiums is walking -which is already a health habit in our lives. I received the reward after 15 miles whereas my husband chose a different “ walking course” and only received half the reward after 32 miles. It makes no sense. You aren’t allowed to stop the walking program once started so he had to complete double the work for half the reward. The prizes (% off from movie tickets) are useless for people with money and insulting for those trying to make ends meet. The customer support is blaming and have yet to answer a question directly I guess because their training mimicked this awful program. Also I suspect people are using the no-heat dryer trick with their pedometers because some people have a ridiculous amount of steps.

  • Motion tracking devices quit working

This was working ok with my Garmin devices for a while although it wouldn’t automatically bring in biking data so I still had to say how long I biked even though the data was there. But the other day it quit getting info from my Garmin account and I haven’t been able to get it to work since even with trying to remove and reinstall the app.

    Update:
I had to switch the syncing device to my iPhone then back to Garmin to get it to sync with the Garmin again. I left it syncing from the phone for a few days but that probably isn’t necessary. Just turning sync off and back on and re-setting up the Garmin account wasn’t enough.

  • Motivating and Focused

I was looking for an App that could give me that last bit of motivation so I could lose weight. I already am active, eat pretty well, etc, but couldn’t fight my night time snacking habit that was keeping me from losing a few pounds. Rally turned out to be the buddy I was looking for. What I like is that it coaxes you to make small changes and makes it quick to check in each day so that you feel accountable but not lectured. And the reminders are surprisingly helpful. You can set them for any frequency. Best of all, it’s working!

  • Yay for keeping track of good habits!

I really enjoy checking things off my list and this app makes it fun doing so. The interface is well designed and nicely colored. My only suggestion would be to add even more activities! Like “Take the dog(s) out for a walk!” Or even keeping track of how much water we drink because that’s one thing i’m trying to improve on (drinking more water). There should be a suggestion drop box for all the activities that can be added actually! :) Overall, love the app!

  • Zero customer support

You’d think something as easy as resetting your password would be accomplished without any headache. I recently purchased a bunch of gifts with my coins and received emails for each purchase. Then, magically, Touch ID won’t work so asked to enter password. I tried but apparently forgot it. I select the option to reset and was told I’d receive email instructions. That was a week ago! I tried over and over and nothing. Checked all my inboxes and junk box just to be sure. Then I reached out on the website and submitted an inquiry asking for help. STILL NOTHING. On top of that I’m still getting reminders to complete my tasks but have no way of checking them off. Additionally, my purchases are just sitting around waiting for me but I can’t get to them. I’d give zero stars if I could. Don’t understand why I can’t reset my password. Does anyone care?

  • Love the app, needs a few adjustments

I love this app! The only thing that seems a bit frustrating is for the missions that you can add or remove a value to. For example, if I have a mission that is to complete 10k steps in a day, but I want to update it to the 11,276 steps I got for the day I have to hold the up arrow down for an insane amount of time. It would be more helpful for missions like that to have a field where you can type the numerical value rather than holding the up or down arrow! Everything else I LOVE about this app. Keeps me on track!

  • Donations

I have enjoyed using the app. I definitely had difficulty with syncing my fit bit. However, now that I have an Apple Watch it will auto sync and this has been much more convenient. A feature that I recently became aware of was the donation section. I had not noticed it previously. I would much rather donate my earned coins to a worthwhile cause rather than to the sweepstakes for items that are not needed. I think that everyone needs to be made aware of this feature.

  • Accurate Survey Assessment?

I just started this app and I have to say the survey is too general to assess your projected age. I am 56 and in the best health I've been in years due to a program called My Peak Challenge. I lost 35 lbs. and went down 5 sizes, therefore building lots of muscle and stamina. I also logged my food every day for the entire year on My Fitness Pal Premium utilizing macros and resulting in much more mindful eating, smaller portions and fewer calories which continued to aid in my much healthier lifestyle. There is also a fantastic supportive global Facebook community AND a philanthropic donation to Child Blood Diseases. Therefore, I would have to say that your assessment that my "feels like" age is definitely not 65. I am anxious to see what the app days after tracking for a week. Then perhaps I can give a better rating.

  • Great accountability & motivation but some Fitbit sync & challenge issues

App is user friendly and a great motivational tool. Great support from online forums which seems the best!! I do enjoy the fact that virtual strangers support one another and have no problem holding one another accountable

I've had some issues syncing with my Fitbit to track steps & distance traveled traveled with specific missions. It's random and can be quite frustrating.

    Ex.
Problem - 10,000 steps will be reflected with my FitBit and while it shows this for a 10,000 step challenge, it will not show any steps for 2,000 or 5,000 steps.

Fix - that has worked was for me to quit the missions and start all over again for the steps to show.

Yes while I never participate in auctions because I can never compete with the outrageous bids. It doesn't bother me that's just that.

It would be nice to win a prize one day but I'm more about staying healthy, active & fit. As a certified personal trainer I like the idea behind programs like this!!!! I wish all my clients had access to this type of resources through their employers health care providers.

Which is why despite some bugs here and there I'm giving Rally 5 stars!! They're constantly making improvements and that's enough for me. 👍🏾👍🏾

  • The New Me

I started using this App last fall after my companies annual health screening. I weighed 225 and my blood pressure was high. I wanted to try diet and exercise as opposed to medicine to control my hypertension. I joined various missions to primary target weight loss. It's been roughly 6 months, I now weigh 178 and my blood pressure is in the normal range. I will continue to use this App and recommend it to others who are committed to changing their life! another year has gone by and I've hung around 170. I feel great and just had a great health review.
