Thank you so much PETKIT for making my life so much easier. I have 5 indoor cats using the litter tray, I call it my spaceship, and only have to remove the litter bag every 4 days instead of cleaning litter trays every day. There is no smell in the house at all. It took a couple of weeks with the cats wanting to play with it while it was emptying but as it stops immediately there were no accidents at all. Since purchasing the pura max two family members have also purchased as they were so impressed.Show lesscath agus
Dog walking distance anomaly
Wanted a dog tracker for Roxy fir some time so was pleased to pick this up at such a reasonable price from local Aldi.
The tracker was easy to set up , although would like to convert from km to miles but cant see how.
The routes are recorded quite well but I’m not sure how accurate the distances are. I was expecting to see Roxy’s mileage being substantially hihger than mine , as recorded on my fitbit ( and iPhone ) However, it is much less!Show lessGrandad gaz

Annoying
You really cannot do much with this app to begin with, but the most annoying part is that the language randomly changes when I open the app. I can’t change it back to English without knowing which buttons are which. If I close the app and re-open it, that will fix it sometimes, but not always. It is also annoying that you cannot adjust, the display of either metric or imperial for the cat’s weight nor can you adjust your time as standard instead of military. It is also never able to match up the cats you have listed as it always says “unknown pet“. I haven’t found a benefit to having the app yet.Show lessTabitha.Rena
Exceptional piece of kit
Bought this for our two maine coons and it is brilliant, the litter tray itself is robust and well made and very easy to set up and use, the app is straight forward and easy to pair with the tray and delivers lots of information such as the weight of the cat ,time spent using the litter tray, cleaning cycle complete and deodorised when the collection drawer is full and how much litter is remaining, the app also allows other petkit devices to be connected so they can be controlled and monitored which is useful as we have a automatic dry food feeder and a water fountain , all in all a very good buy 5 stars.Show lessWrighty 007

The litter is good and the st up was easy. My cats used it right away and I like that I can have more then one profile but since both my cats are about the same weight it’s not seeing the difference.Jesnoworries
Defective after 4 months of use
So it all started with the last app update. Afterwards, everything was in Chinese and no longer in English. I figured it would revert back to normal, as I could not figure out how to change it back to English. Then, the device stopped working. No more auto rotations. No more auto spray on schedule. I got frustrated and deleted the app to re download hoping I could at least figure out how to revert everything back to English to troubleshoot the problem. Everything was in English upon re download but now the device will not connect to the internet. I have tried everything. It seems as though this is a defective product. Not sure what happened last update but it literally broke my litter box.Show lessjlyndeanna
Petkit has a reliable app
The apps and products are reliable. I purchased the feeder and water bowl in 2019. I have not had a problem with the products. I successfully schedule (or deactivate) a feeding time. I like the features that remind me to change the decanter or refill the feeder. I wish the water bowl would sync with the app to receive reminders to change the water filter. My cat is happy and has a reliable feeding schedule. She’s fascinated by the erupting water bowl and loves drinking water.Show lessS. Hall
