A little pocket of calm
Love this app! 💙
Helpful when I don’t know where to start
When I’m anxious, deciding what to do can feel like another task. I usually open the SOS section and follow the guidance for a few minutes. I appreciate having something straightforward to focus on without having to search through articles or remember an exercise.
Different tools for different days
I downloaded this for the breathing exercises but ended up exploring more of it. Sometimes I want to write things down, and other times I just want to listen to an audio session. I like being able to choose depending on how I’m feeling and how much time I have.
Mood check-ins are becoming a habit
I usually log my mood in the evening while the day is still fresh. Looking back gives me a fuller picture than trying to remember everything at the end of the week. I especially appreciate having a record of the better days, which I tend to overlook when I’m having a difficult one.
Learning in small amounts suits me
I’ve been working through the Anxiety University articles a little at a time. The quizzes encourage me to stop and think about what I just read instead of skimming everything. I prefer this to taking in lots of information at once and then forgetting most of it.
