Where is the Credit Wheel

The graded credit wheel is no longer accessible and your AI bot instructions are incorrect or the options they are pushing are not there so they are useless. They tell me to click on my ‘initials’ icon but that has now been replaced by a useless AI chat bot named “Sesa”. If the credit grading wheel is no longer available I will be canceling. My other credit card apps give me the same info without pushing so many offers and advertisements.

Credit score change

I have tried several times to correct this credit score discrepancy. No one follows up or calls back or texts. This score went from 812 to 680 and is not changing. Can’t someone find the time to contact me???
