Signed up, paid, took quiz… only to be told my credentials are not adequate… paid for nothing and no option to cancel or request help.
Money Scam
Downloaded the app and was happy to do the free trial. After realizing this was not for me, I cancelled through Apple settings (like many other subscription based apps). Seemed to work and I thought nothing of it. Realized that I’ve been continuously charged through PayPal for the past year (even though this does not show in my app subscriptions). Finally (hopefully) I’ve been cancelled via email, but I would like a refund for the scam-worthy charges over the past year. This is a dishonest business practice and should be illegal.

Need a better narrator
The voice is very whispery, like she’s trying to be quiet. I’d prefer a strong voice, not loud but comforting, supportive. The whisper is distracting, like I have to listen hard instead of relaxing. I recommend you listen to the narrator of app Tinnitus: My Pattern. His calm but solid voice and the very supportive words make this an app to aspire to.

Shady For Sure
I decided to listen to “increase water intake” during my awake time. I found this to be a bit alarming. The main theme was OK until the final words were to relax and enjoy IN HELL. I stopped my subscription immediately and deleted it from my phone. Be sure to listen while you are awake before you trust what they are saying. Would not recommend

After some back and forth the app did issue a full refund which I am very grateful for. I’ve added one star since I did not get robbed.
My experience with this app has been horrible from the start. It made me want to smoke MORE, not less. The constant notifications, the robotic voices, it just reminded me of smoking All. The. Time.
But most importantly, I signed at a discounted price for 30 day access. Just 30 days. But to my surprise today I was charged another $43!! I thought it would be fine, most companies just give a refund especially since it was still pending. Nope!! They basically said hate it for you. You would have had to notify us a while ago.
So please don’t get robbed like me. RUN!!!!
