Unhappy about being charged after cancelling subscription
I deleted the app after cancelling the subscription as I wasn’t using it anymore and I have now been charged again for the subscription, yet I’d cancelled it? What the hell is going on? I don’t seem to be the only person this has happened to either

They don’t advised that you are signing up to a recurring plan.
I only used the app for a couple of days in April and didn’t stick with it as very hard to navigate to app when you are trying to learn the exercises.
Then suddenly nearly $70 taken from my account.

Sciatica is one of the most painful experiences I have ever had. I had downloaded this app before being affected due to what I thought was a little stiffness.
As my condition worsened I attended physiotherapy with a clinician who is also a T’ai Chi teacher. Some of the exercises I now realise were taken from T’ai Chi and it gave me the courage to try.
I can do these exercises easily and they are aiding my recovery so much.
This App is one of the most useful I have ever used. A massive bonus, my weight is coming off.

It’s way too simple… I expected more. Also, no weight loss at all, although I specifically said I need a program for weight loss. Disappointed so far.
