12 years of RC, finally it has IMPROVED AT EVERY LEVEL: customer support, App features and REALTIME SUPPORT TRACKING. FAST HUMAN CHAT & PHONE SERVICE (not just sales but SUPPORT). FAST RESOLUTION with their AI… Even the troublesome TCR registration improved. It has its quirks but it’s GIGANTIC how MUCH BETTER THAN TEAMs (and MITEL Micollab whom they took over) that RC has become. IT WILL TAKE BUSINESS AWAY FROM MICROSOFT AND JUSTIFIABLY THE BEST SOLUTION FOR SMALL to ENTERPRISE. ps it interfaces with TEAMS at most levels too. It has an INCLUDED IP Phone to LAND LINE (PSTN) dialing capability that RIVALS what SKYPE (Credits) used to offer in MOST COUNTRYS world wide. Just contact them to whitelist countries you want to enable this with and its FREE with your RC account* (my basic RC business has it included and we can call most EU, USA, Japan, S.Korea, land lines at no charge. This is great when travelling to contact local business, family and friends not on Social media such as Messenger, Teams, RC, WhatsApp etc.)

Most aggravating
This is by far the most aggravating app I have on my phone. I reject a call two seconds later. It’s ringing again. I rejected again two seconds later. It’s ringing again over and over and over if I reject a call I’m rejecting it on purpose. I don’t need the call to come back to my cell phone 15 freaking times. I should not have to silence all calls to stop my phone from ringing when I’m with a customer.

Revolutionary for Business
I have been using this app for many many years and it has served me well. My team loves to work and collaborate on this app. And it keeps getting better!
Devs have no reason to be this petty
So I set up audio with ring central. The ring tone on this app is set to use media volume for ringer instead of the ringtone volume. I expected the app of an org so big to at-least have something so basic be properly utilized. Also if we 0 out media volume, for that. You stop hearing in call volume. Who does that?
I phone has 2 separate volume controls for in call volume and ringer volume. Do a better job ring central. Also rurning notifications off does not stop calls from coming in.

unresponsive legal team and unresponsive customer service
I wish it was possible to leave zero stars for ringcentral. I've been with them for years and I find they don't respond to emails, they waste your time on the phone, they have terrible customer service, and essentially they don't offer a quality product. Excited to find a replacement.
Need a Feedback Tab
My office uses ring as our main phone line- so we have an office number and our own direct lines. WE NEED a way to see incoming call previews and what phone number is being called. I feel like this should be a simple fix.

Bad connections and dropped calls
The call quality with ring central is awful. I get many dropped calls and can barely hear people on the phone. When I do hear them it makes their voice sound robotic and hard to understand. Not all my calls are like this but the majority are. Most people I work with have the same issues as well, in a company of roughly 50 or so.

What Is Going On With This App??????
Ring Central: Signs me out immediately after I sign in for “security purposes”
Also Ring Central: Bombards me with notifications as if I’m signed in anyway.
I think since the App is pretty much useless I should just delete it.

App Settings Does Not Work
Settings does not work. I have silenced notifications yet i still get calls and message notifications. I change status to DND or Appear offline it always reverts back to online. After every update the app just gets worse.
Unable to Silence Notifications
I have tried every possible setting on Apple and in the app to silence notifications from RingCentral when I am not at work. No matter what I do, or how many times I try, notifications continue to break through. It is severely harming my quality of life and I wish I could delete the app. Unfortunately I have to use it for work. Please fix this issue and allow me to silence notifications on any sort of schedule.

True Convenience
I find that RingCentral is one of the more friendly software programs for communication. It’s really nice. I utilize it for remote work. My patients contact me directly We communicate back-and-forth via text voicemail even email. I really enjoy it. Thank you, RingCentral.

So difficult!!
I can’t make my number say it’s from the city the business is located in and miss many leads because of it. People think it’s spam.
Also shows studio number for the first minute when missing a call, so I can’t call back for a while.

Waste of money
Their phone system is very poor quality. The audio is delayed and muffled. It’s a waste of money.
