Best To-Do List App
This app is awesome. Does everything a ‘To-Do’ apps needs, runs very lite on my iPhone and Mac.
Location triggers are amazing.
The only thing I wish was better is how you enable location reminders - it’s a little more convoluted than time and date reminders and they can’t be added from the desktop app, only from a mobile device which is stupid - if I’m at work adding a reminder on my computer I shouldn’t have to move to my phone to add location triggers. Minor gripe, but otherwise the app is perfect.

Where has this been all my life?
I have tried nearly every organizational and project management app out there, and this is by far my favorite of them all! Eisenhower matrix, Pomadoro timer, habit tracking and other performance metric s all in one place.. and then when you add its smart lists and project management features (with team sharing) there's simply nothing else that comes close. And did I mention integration with some of your other factories productivity tools? I not only love and use this app daily, but I recommend it to all my clients now as well.. and it never fails to produce a productivity boost.

Eu uso o app tem anos e nos últimos meses tem apresentado problemas! Não está mais sincronizando com o calendário do celular (mesmo com essa opção atividades) e também não mostra no widget as atividades que precisam ser feitas. Estou indo para outro app por conta dessas falhas, infelizmente!

Unnecessary Subscription for basic functions
Any app that limits functionality behind a paywall for basic features gets a 1 star from me. If you just offered bonus features or more benefits, I wouldn’t be upset, but you limit people on the amount of tasks they can create, lists they can make, countdowns they can have, and habits they can track. After a short amount of time using this app, it becomes unusable without forking over money every month. I can’t even check off my repeating tasks now that I have “reached my limit.” Quit being so greedy.
