    Its unusable. You go to use a gift card. It keeps removing it. I have input the same gift card countless times now. Why cant i do credit card and gift card? Im .70 cents above the 25 dollar gift card. Cant i pay .70 cents when i get there? Whys paying upon arrival not an option if the app itself wont do combined payment.

    Why does the app keep removing my gift card from the screen when i go to add my credit card? Shouldn't it just have your stuff there. Even when i hit remember credit card it still removes it

    The app is slow. Buggy. Reminds me of the app store when the iPhone 1 came out
  • Super easy!

    The Applebee’s app is super user friendly. Very easy to order, even special orders.
    I have a finicky eater, which means I have to remove certain things (like sauce or cheese) from his plate. This app allows that with just a click/touch of the screen. Makes my life just a bit easier!
  • Lacey Applebees pretty good

    So been to Applebees a bunch of times around the North Jersey area and always seemed to have some kind of issue either the service sucked or food was bad or always made wrong, well we recently moved and I figured I give this Applebees a shot here in Lacey Township. Well so far so good food is good, carside service actually does what it is supposed to and the food tastes good. would rather spend $30 on food here then over at BK or McD’s.

    I enjoy eating at Applebee's but some times you just cannot and want it delivered fast and fresh the restaurant has always treated me well and always catered to my needs and I appreciated that it is also a great place to take your family and friends

  • Have to enter card by hand

    This review is for the app. If you want to review your dining experience, you’re in the wrong place.
    The app is very good at what it’s designed for. Until you get to paying for your order. Most restaurant apps recognize the credit cards stored on your phone and allow you to select the one you want to use. Not this one. You have to manually enter your CC info. It has a Scan option, but that doesn’t work for cards that don’t show your number for security reasons.
    Catch up with the rest of the industry, Applebees.
  • Friday Night

    I was tired and hungry and decided to order out and I’m so glad that I did. I had the Riblets and they were on point. All my food was. I still had enough for Saturday lunch 🤣🤣🤣.
    Now today on 9-5-22 Happy Labor Day!!!
    I ordered a 2 for 24$ for my guest. No, on the grill for me today and Applebees has made it easy for a lady on this wet rainy Monday. 🙏🏾🍾🎂🎉🎉
  • Last resort dinner

    Please add the option to report an issue within the app. I have to call the store each time, to hopefully speak with a manager. When I do make contact, I receive conflicting information, sass and little to no resolution (who wants $10 off - only redeemable via dine in when they always order delivery?!!!) The last few times I called, I received an automated message that they are experiencing higher than usual call volumes. I continued to call multiple time late through the evening, ending up with the same message and no contact. I live 4 minutes from the location however, the food continues to arrive cold and inaccurate.
  • New Version Needs Fixed ASAP

    The latest version (late June 2022) is not ready to be released! Buttons are missing to navigate through an order (this issue existed in the previous version as well) and the user has to guess what blank area of the screen to press. The newest version also lost my credit card info so I had to enter the info again and there is no button to save the card info after entering. It’s there, but you can’t see it, so again you have to click blank areas of the screen until it works. This is very poor app development and Applebee’s should do better. Do the executives not try a new version before it’s released? (Hint: they should!) We use the app one or two times each week but it’s almost becoming unusable. Please fix the errors and test the app thoroughly before releasing.
  • Needs a few minor upgrades

    When I tried to order boneless wings for my daughter, it does not give the option for wing sauces. I called the restaurant after placing the order to tell them, but they still came without sauce. So it would be nice to add the sauce flavor options. There is also a few drink options that the app will not let you choose. My son wanted sweet tea and it wasn’t an option.
    Overall it’s easy and makes things very convenient, just needs some minor upgrades.
  • Easy order.

    It is easy order and I’m able to take my time and decide what I want and I can add and take things off which is perfect. Wish there were pictures so I knew what I was getting exactly. But I easily looked it up online before I purchased. Just so I make sure I don’t return it because I’m surprised at what it is. Thank you applebeeeeees!
