  • Great Except Delivery Options

    The actual app and being able to customize and add or subtract ingredients is very nice, easy to use, and very user-friendly. I wish there was an additional note option though.
    However, on the delivery option, they use multiple delivery services like DoorDash or GrubHub which I don’t mind except there are hidden and additional fees that aren’t shown when adding up the total. I would have rather gone with 5 extra minutes using GrubHub than adding another $6 by using DoorDash because the app deemed that one a better option for the timeframe. I would rather choose price over time if that was the case.
  • Wonderful App!

    This app was very easy to use, easy to follow. One of the best food apps I’ve used personally, the only downside I have is that I didn’t have an area to make special request. For an example I like my fries extra crispy however I can’t specially order them without a direction area in the app. Other than that it’s fantastic and I would recommend it for sure!
  • Very easy to use App

    This maybe one of the easiest food chain apps that I have used and they have one of the fastest times to get my food. Order to food (8oz steak) approximately 15-19 minutes! I enjoy their steaks. They are always done exactly the way I want them, never under or over cooked. There brownie bites are just the right size for a little dessert!
  • Missing feature

    Normally I would rate your app 5 stars. When I ordered this time the app didn’t ask for the vehicle description. I ordered gave my pickup time and paid. At least the restaurant had my order really but the servers had to come out to the vehicles to ask for my order. Please add feature back.
  • Delicious meal and next day ordering great!

    Our Activities Director was going to be gone and our scheduled Applebee’s pickup for our nursing home. Instead of canceling I was able to place my order next day as a guest (to begin with) and was so impressed with the APP that it allowed a pickup date, time in advance, and the store I was going to. After paying it allowed me (yes allowed because I was so upset that I only did my first visit as a guest) to join as a regular customer with the extra benefits. I don’t know why these people are saying these things about the app. I was able to get a medium steak and added mushrooms to it, I and added cheese to my mashed potatoes! My green beans were awesome, my whole meal was! This was a pickup meal that came from Lake Mary to Sanford and was still hot, ice in drinks weren’t melted. Hats off to our Asst. Activities Dir. and y’all for a great meal!
  • Great perfect place

    Today my princess (8 yrs young ) went for our girls days out ! Her suggestion!!! Well we go their quite often today though was just absolutely perfect !!!!! The waitress was absolutely the greatest ever . She explained when I asked about drinks and food she went over n over not too over the top but perfect !! We had a wonderful meal great recommendations! Seamed both shocked and appreciative of her above 20 percent tip ! As we were leaving the most nicest manager Mrs Vorenkamp made an effort to speak introduce her self and asked how food and atmosphere was I spoke to manager very impressed as I’m not important just a returning happy customer !!And she was so kind and asked our opinions of food and server we go quite often this is why ! Alecia we will ask for you ♥️
  • need special notes

    I am a restaurant manager, and got to say thought the app was great!! User friendly and quick, however there is nothing option was for special notes. Not for specific menu items and not at the end either. Think there should be something on there for special requests. Aside from that app is great
  • Excellent

    I was running very late due to a crash on the road. I called to explain I would be late picking up the order. The restaurant not only said it would be fine, but called me back personally and said call them approximately 25-30 minutes before I would arrive so they could cook the order and it would be warm and ready to pick up Curbside. The manager told me to ask for her. The service was above and beyond measure, esp. for a busy holiday weekend.

    Love curbside service, everyone is always very nice, I use App to order , only once was my order wrong , but the manager quickly fixed and was apologetic but I understand they were very busy... and I’m in the service industry so I totally get it.... sometimes things just happen! All in all, they are all fast , efficient and pleasant, the food is great too!
  • App quits the second you click to open it. Unusable.

    I downloaded this app to put in a very large order of apps for a group of 20 during a big football game, and also because my local Applebee’s wasn’t answering their phone.

    After downloading the app, every time I clicked on the icon to open it the app would immediately quit while the splash screen was up. Tried again after restarting phone multiple times and quitting all other running apps to no avail. Their website didn’t even allow me to order online. Sadly, I have to rate this app very poorly as it was unusable. My local Applebee’s also missed out on an $800 takeout dining bill that went to TGI Friday’s instead because Applebees was completely unreachable via phone, app, or internet.
