My husband and I really enjoy Portillo’s food. Love those chili cheese dogs, Italian beef, and other items. Even with delivery the food is hot and fresh.
My complaint now is the ordering app. If I sign in, it now goes through an app that shares your information with other businesses. That I DO NOT APPRECIATE. I hope they stop using that service. I DO NOT want my information shared, nor to be tracked!!!!! 🤬Show lessSandESB

Charged for an order Portillo’s cancelled
Careful! Placed an order for delivery on the Portillo’s app and received a text confirming my order. Thirteen minutes later I receive another text saying my order was cancelled and to contact Portillo’s for more details. No explanation as to why it was cancelled, so I placed a second order soon after on the app again. No issues with my 2nd order, however, I was charged for both the 1st cancelled order I never received and the 2nd app order. Looks like I’ll have to walk in to speak to a manager now about this in order to get a refund.Show lessisabellaa125
Poor order fulfillment
Just placed first order online. Not impressed!! Order Italian beef, peppers, mozzarella & side juice. Got 1 pepper, no side juice, scant mozzarella. Will never order online again!Digusted Customer 1

Yuck!
First time using online ordering. Had to park & go in to pick up order. 2 teenage boys are running around behind the catering counter. Totally ignoring customers waiting to pickup their orders. Fries cold & limp. Sandwiches bland and way too soggy. I won’t waste my time going to the Avon Portillo’s again.Show lessindywestsider
