Not good! I’m from Chi-town and Portillo’s is one of my favorites. I was extremely disappointed as the the Italian Roast Beef was terrible! There’s more meat on a small McDonalds hamburger… very disappointing. The Chi-dog was much smaller too! I was so excited to go to Portillo’s, boy was I disappointed! Lack of functionality
I was so excited to be able to order directly from Portillo’s. However the live tracking kept pushing the time out and there was literally no way to cancel an order or talk to anyone other than the restaurant. Guess what, when you call the restaurant it keeps ringing and ringing and then hangs up on you.Show lessWierzgacz
Never works
I can order food, but yet can’t actually log on to my account I supposedly have. I say supposedly because I did create an account, but whenever I try to sign on to get the supposed rewards I have (need to sign on to use them) it says there’s a problem with my account. Every time. App is a waste of time
When you order from the app you have to go inside, the drive thru doesn’t accept the app.
You cannot choose a pickup time. They tell you when it’s ready that’s it. (Example) Place the order, it’s ready in 10 minutes but you are 20 minutes away. Then your food sits on a shelf waiting for you till you get there.
It is nice that you can place your order to your exact likes but you can do that at the counter too.
If you want to use the drive thru the app is useless.
Hopefully they make some upgrades like location sensing so you can say I’m here or choice of drive thru, walk up or delivery.

Portillo’s in Shorewood IL.
Every time we drive to Illinois we go to this Portillo’s. This last time we went we weren’t surprised the prices went up, but we were surprised that the Italian beef sandwiches had no flavor. If your going to raise your prices you should make sure the food is the same. I’ve had other family that live there say the same thing.Show lessrobertg85

Why do they have to “fix” things that aren’t broken? This version is AWFUL. Hard to find locations, scroll, search,select, edit, customize, view options, keeps flipping back to top of app instead of back to where you order FOOD…Took 15 minutes to order for 3 people. Ridiculous.Fiona At Night
This App is bad news
I would order Portillo’s WAY more often if this app wasn’t trash. Doesn’t save your log in info, which I would let go (security, even tho plenty of other apps allow it) if it wasn’t full of bugs throughout. Ordering via the app is supposed to be a hassle-free way of ordering ahead. But this app adds stress instead of taking it away. AvoidShow lessCaMaxis
Not worth it.
Tried to place an order nobody was attending the pick up station. I then proceeded to look at all the orders myself and my order wasn’t there even though it should’ve been. I could’ve gone through the drive-through multiple times in the time that it took me to pick up my order .Portillo’s
New App update STINKS!!
The previous version had my Apple Pay info saved. Not available now. I tried to log in but couldn’t remember my password. Requested Password reset email that never came. Ordered as a “Guest.” Must have replaced previous programmers with rookies! Very frustrating experiencelik269
