Whipped cream? Where is it?
The app works great and we’re allowed to add every single topping, marshmallow, strawberry syrup, chocolate syrup, hot fudge, etc even toppings I didn’t know about but the only topping you’re not allowed to add or is not available is whipped cream which is probably the most popular topping of all toppings!! I wonder what could be the reasoning for not allowing whipped cream in the toppings menu? Can’t give 5 stars unless whip cream is added in the toppings menu. The only way to get whipped cream is going to the store and tell them to put it on which costs extra or you buy the can of whipped cream they sell. Whipped cream is always available and never sold out from my experience going in the store so I can’t imagine why it’s never been in the app.Show lessKeithy21
Coupons change or disappear when you go to use them
Multiple times I have had the coupon disappear when I’ve gone to the counter, so I started taking a screen shot in case that happened by the time I get to the counter. I tried doing that today with the 31% off coupon but when I tapped the coupon request, it changed it to the $2.50 off a shake which I had used the previous week and had been no longer showing on the available offers page. The 31% offer no longer displayed after I returned to the offers page, and I could no longer bring it up even after restarting the app.Show lessAnonymously Sincere
App is way too limited
The ice cream is amazing, but the app is the ice cream equivalent of a quart of freezer burned Blue Bunny vanilla. If you want to order cakes, pies, or Polar Pizzas, it’s serviceable. But forget about pre-ordering milkshakes, sundaes, or even scoops of ice cream (you know, the items that most casual ice cream fans buy most frequently. And as for any kind of points or rewards program? Forget about it. Even Tom Carvel thinks this app is way behind the times.
My theory is that they don’t really want you to use the app unless you’re pre-ordering a big item requiring 48 hours prep time. The times per year where I’d actually need that are so infrequent that it’s not even worth having the app on my phone. This is the worst food app ever created
I love Baskin Robbin’s as an ice cream place. I go there probably 2-3 times per week and have a my BR profile and everything. Then this latest update to the app literally broke the login/signup of the app to the my BR profile. Suddenly the deals on the app was taunting me constantly. Like the 31% on the 31st of the month. I can see the deal there as it’s available to all but pressing it in the app shows a page that looks like I can login or signup except the button to login/signup doesn’t work properly. Thank you incompetent programmers. You found a way to break the login part of the app which I thought was the main idea to even have an app. It’s also programming a push button which should be the easiest thing to do so again programming fail. Worst app - Fix it BR
I have no idea how this app has 4 stars as so many people have issues with this app not working. This app is literally worthless and a waste of time trying to get it to work. It freezes, is continually “loading”, issues logging in, issues with coupons received in emails not loading to your account/app and the online customer service could care less. Don’t send emails to customers that say you have to open the coupons in the app, but the app doesn’t work. Just send coupons directly to email.Show lessMomSense1
Waste of Time
This App requires to enter the password every single time and then gives you the message “log in failed” and requires to reset the password non stop.
Even if you have face-activated password or you phone actually saves it for you, or you enter manually it doesn’t matter. And sometimes you have to delete the app and then reinstall to be able to log in with the new password that you reset 10 min ago. I hate this app so much. Frequent logging out
The app logs you out after a very short period of time, even 30 minutes, so you have to keeping logging in, which is very annoying and a waste of time. Even then, you get a spinning “Logging in” screen that only disappears if you tap on it. Otherwise, it’s never ending. It was also very difficult and not intuitive to find my birthday coupon. I stood in the store, had to log in again, and then tapped on so many different screens to find the coupon again. Really frustrating. App is IMPOSSIBLE. Giving up at last
It’s really a shame. I love BR ice cream. But several times over the past months I have tried logging in to the app to place an online order or redeem coupons and it says my password is invalid. I have gone through the whole process of resetting my password and verifying my cell number, etc over and over again, And still it says my password is invalid. I have even deleted the app and tried starting completely over. Nothing I do works. I used to be able to login just fine, so I’m not sure what happened. I have a Baskin Robbins close to my house, but they are a little pricey, and I would only really go if I were using a coupon. Since I can’t access the coupons on the app, looks like I will be sticking to other local places and the grocery store for my ice cream wishes.Show lessLuvnmommywords

Has anyone else been having trouble logging in?
I downloaded the app a few days ago, was able to use my free scoop coupon, and while I was using it, I saw that I had a couple of other coupons. A couple days later, I want to use one of the coupons, but somehow the app signed me out. When I tried to login with my email and password, it says failed and that it doesn’t match their records, which I 100% know I am using the right email and password. If I press on reset password, which I really didn’t want to do, nothing happens anyway. Doesn’t let me reset. I know my password and email is correct because I can log in to my account on the web and they work. The thing is the coupons don’t show up there.Show lesssjcdaax4eva
Not able to change password
I decided to download this app since I’m always in basking robins with one of my kids. So one day we decided to order from the app because we were feeling “lazy” plus it was hot and we’re watching titanic. At first all was going smooth then the app froze so I decided to delete it and re download again, that worked for a second be abuse after that it was asking us to change the password (all by its self) so we tried and couldn’t. It was stuck again, which at that point it was pointless to try to fix this on our own. Up to date it is still stuck on “change password “ however it won’t all me to do so. So, idk if who ever is working on the app or even reads these comments but all we ask is just to fix this… because we love BR and the app is a great idea and convenient for us.
