    I literally had to download multiple apps just to get this piece of crap to work, and I still couldn’t access what I needed to. I would never ever recommend this app to anybody, and it’s ridiculous that it even exists. Don’t waste your time or energy.
  • This app is horrible.

    This app is horrible who ever came up with it should be fired. I can not begin to access any of my info without calling an office. I guess on some level that could be considered protection. Shout every called “Making Life Impossible “
  • Frustrating beyond words

    Quite simply, doesn’t work. The code that’s generated isn’t recognised by the website.
  • Not great.

    This is difficult to set up in the first place, it took weeks & someone else who managed to figure it out. Also, not migrating to new devices or at least making it ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that you’ll need to re-set up on a new device & should create a backup when you initially set up is the worst. I got a new phone & now can’t set up my Authenticator, as I no longer work for the company I needed it for, but still need it to access my W2 for tax purposes next year & can’t without this stupid app. There needs to be general emergency codes or an easier way. I get it’s for security but if I can’t access my information, it’s not really helpful.

    Bloody Thomson has too many companies and too many different account accesses. This app works of course, but why can’t you edit your account description. Imagine if you have to access several Thomson programs and everything on this Authenticator app says Thomson??
  • Horrible

    This app is horrible!! I use it sign into an account to see my check stubs and the app stopped working after a while so I did what any normal person would do and deleted it and added it back and now not only am I locked out of my account there’s no way for me to reconnect the authenticator.
  • Bad app, worse customer support

    My mobile device stopped receiving sign in notifications when I have to log in to programs at work. This needs to be fixed, it is very frustrating and inconvenient.
  • Terrible process for migration to new phone

    Nearly impossible.. spent an hour so far with IT TRYING to get my new phone set up. It should NOT be this difficult. Extremely frustrating.. still not set up .. wasting hours of my time.
  • Don’t bother

    Saw reviews from a year ago with feedback on don’t change your phone or your account is useless… yep still no changes to that feedback. Locked out and no way in, no option to receive text message to re-link new phone to account.

    Old cell phone died, app worked great on that phone. Old phone wiped @ Verizon to turn phone in for rebate. Can’t get into yr end account to finish up, extremely frustrated!
    I agree same cell phone# should transfer them everything loaded onto a new phone. Could NOT get into old phone prior to trade in as it had charger port short & topped out on 256GB
    Instructions not clear to remedy. Ask a non sp geek yo look at instructions before going into effect, not all of us are app geek foreign language savvy
