  • Trying to log on

    My husband purchased this. I am trying to create a log in and it rejects my email help
  • FINALLY

    After 3 years of reading all of the reviews and guidance I found ONE recent review that explained it in a way my simple brain could understand.

    In the Moen app, name your presets “preset 1” and then “preset 2” …etc.

    After connecting your shower to Alexa, you have to SPECIFICALLY SAY “Alexa, ask Moen to turn on preset 1”. BOOM both shower heads came on. I said it again for preset 2 and one shower came on. *tears of joy* that’s exactly how I wanted it to function. Last night I made a routine within the Alexa app and now all I have to say for my preset 1 to come on is “Alexa, bath time” and my two shower heads come on while the third stays off. *Double tears of joy*

    It takes a little time to set up figure out and create a routine so you’re not standing there for 5 minutes saying a long phrase to get two shower heads to come on, BUT…once it’s set up correctly…..it’s worth it

  • Apple Home Kit No Longer Supported

    This has not been a great app since the beginning, now Apple reports that Moen U shower is no longer a supported device and connection to HomeKit and thus making this app work is impossible.

    Moen would do well to allocates some funds to make this app functional for their customers who chose Moen over Kohler and now feel pretty foolish.

  • Does not work anymore

    My shower has been working fine for 4 years but now it has lost connectivity and will not pair with my Apple devices. Why did you change something that was working. My device is at a status of “connecting to server” while trying to register the device and stays that way. I’m sort of regretting purchasing this expensive digital shower.

  • Worked great before Apple Home

    Why is it when everything must go through Apple Home Kit, great things stop working or take multiple attempts to get to work again? I know you can troubleshoot over the phone. Let me find 3 hours to sit on the phone and talk about it! Thanks. Forget the Home Kit. Give us the option to NOT use the home kit. Thanks!

  • Works great…but….

    We live in Arizona and do not observe Daylight Savings Time. I have not found any setting on the app to disable the clock from changing twice a year, so half the time, the clock on the display on the controller is incorrect.

    It would be great if an update would fix this.
  • Garbage

    HomeKit takes over and provides no functionality except on/off.
    The U by Moen app becomes unresponsive.

    Have you guys never tested this piece of crap out?
  • Screen Color

    Unable to change the screen color on the controller in the shower. Very difficult to read; white lettering on a light bluish/grey background. Application should allow you to change the screen color/lettering color for easier reading.
  • Great when it actually works

    Would be 5 stars but clearly Moen decided to go cheap on WiFi parts and app development. Like others. Controller disconnects a ton despite me putting a repeater maybe 10 feet from it. However that doesn’t forgive the app not rendering buttons correctly or having a solid reset process or the HomeKit integration being at best substandard but overall completely worthless or the lack of basic options like turning on automatically at a certain time so I don’t have to grab the phone every time on weekdays. Overall extremely disappointed. If it actually worked as advertised I’d be good. But this has soured me on all Moen products going forward.

  • Will NOT reconnect to app

    For some reason my app will not reconnect and I can only set up home kit… I don’t use home kit. This shower costs far too much to have such a huge miss on the app. Get it together Moen.
