I don’t understand how you managed to break logging into one’s account. Don’t you do ANY testing before unleashing your app on the public? It was very frustrating when logging in on the app failed, yet logging in from the website with the SAME information worked.

Randomly decides it’s not recognizing my face
Requires three separate secret codes to be texted to login again. So secure, even I can’t get in to pay my bill.
Good app
I like this app just fine. Mostly well designed, informative and makes it easy to pay the bill. My only complaint comes with integrating the account into Mint (by Intuit). This integration used to be seamless, but whatever O&R did, broke the connectivity of the two and this account will no longer integrate into Mint.
Please fix the Mint integration. This is the only account, regardless of account type, that has this issue.

Useless
All that you get from this app is a screen with amount you owe in large font. The rest just doesn’t work. Usage, real time usage, all these tabs don’t work.

Whenever I try to bring up the outage map I get a “Something went wrong “ message and have to hit retry
