Every time I try to access the outage map it keeps telling me to retry. Totally useless.

This is all I see when I’m looking for the real time usage on this app. I went through the effort of switching over to a smart meter with the promise that I would be able to see my real time usage. I’m trying to figure out where I am using most of my electricity, and this picture would help me. It worked the first week that I had the meter but then stopped.
I have called customer service several times and they said that this part of the app doesn’t work. You made statements and advertising and promotions, you have misrepresented yourselves.
Please get this part of the app working ASAP.

Why just why
The website was great, this looks contemporary but really it’s a pain in the butt.
Payment website
The options in your site, that you give your customers is incredibly poor and shows a terrible lack of caring for us. I’m disgusted by this lack of caring for the people who count on you to work with the people who keep you in business. If I had other options, I would drop you immediately. Which means , I am looking at other options now.
