I love Noah’s Bagels but the app has some issues unfortunately…
Noah his bagels is great and I’m glad they finally have an app to make it easier on me and my family to pre-order her food I love the pictures of the sandwiches and bagels so I can show them to anyone previous to give them an example of the sandwich before they pick that as there choice. But there are a few glitches in the app it’s self the prices are not shown when I click on menu and I have no where to select the option so I’m a little confused I also couldn’t order on the app the last time I went to Noah’s bagels because of the fact that I forgot my email and password I had typed in 1 million different combinations and I’m for sure that I had use this email that I had typed in but there was no account found and I know there was rewards on that account I tried to contact customer service and there was no response it’s been two days so I’m not sure how long the normal response time is but kind of annoying. I hope they improve soon because I love Noah’s bagels and it’s right down the street from my house.

Amazing Service
I visited Noah’s while in the area for vacation. The service was amazing. I ordered the baker’s dozen and asked to slice them. I was told the slicer was no longer operational but that she could hand slice them for me. They were sliced nicely and packed beautifully in a Noah’s Bagel box. I appreciate the effort the employee went to to help me pick out the bagels and then hand slice. I want to give a huge thank you to Pat for going all out on her help with my order. Thank you again and when I’m back in the area, I’ll definitely be stopping by Noah’s Bakery again.Show lessstacey keach

I’m trying to reach customer service, so I’m hoping someone responds to this. I just need help resetting my password. That’s it. There is no customer service number that I can find, and I’ve submitted multiple requests for help through the website’s customer support ‘email us’ page. It’s now been two MONTHS and I can’t get help, not even from the clerks at my local Noah’s store. They just tell me to use the website’s email contact form, which hasn’t worked for me. I get no reply.
The problem is that the app won’t allow me to log in. Every time I press the login button, the app routes me to the Sign Up page, which of course already recognizes my phone number and email as being associated with an account. At some point during my attempts to login, the app prompted me to change my password, but when I try that, I never receive an email with a link to reset it (yes, I’ve checked every folder, trust me). So I’m stuck in an endless loop where I can’t login because it thinks I’m trying to sign up, and I can’t change my password, and I’ve sent multiple requests for help through the Noah’s website with no response.
Please help me, this is ridiculous. Is there any customer service number I can call to get help?Show lessRennaghard
My go to place.
Noah’s bagel is my go to place for office breakfast or when I need breakfast for my son’s friends after a sleepover. Love the baker’s dozen and occasional lox or egg sandwich when I meet up with my friends for chat and breakfast. I wish I can choose my bagels from the app but it’s pretty quick to order in store so I don’t mind it too much. I do miss the salmon cream cheese but they have bunch of others to choose from. Glitches at checkout
this app used to function normally, but now it glitches right when you're trying to check out and after you have put all the effort into placing your order. I've started it over again a few times and it won't work. The last time it actually debited my account via Apple Pay, but didn't show the order as being successfully processed. I went in anyway, sat through the line, which is what I was trying to avoid, and showed them the app, and they had my order, even though it didn't reflect it in the app. Ridiculous. Could be better
Nice app to use and order ahead. Noah’s has the best bagels. Great taste and great price. Nice perks for signing up and a nice way to earn points towards free food.
The problem I have with this app is that every time I try to make an order it says oops something went wrong and then I clear the app and then I try to re-order and it says oops something went wrong. I think there are some bugs that are preventing me from ordering on the app because I’ve tried two different locations a few times and every time I try to place an order it says oops something went wrong now I’m just not even gonna use it today and eat somewhere else.Show less(TNO) Klaus
No way to cancel or change an order
I ordered to the wrong location, realized immediately after placing the order and called immediately with about 30 minutes until it was supposed to be ready. I was told they have no mechanism to either cancel or change the order to the correct location. After going through a process and waiting over a month, I finally received my refund which I could not access as the app crashed every time I tried to use my credited refund (now resolved).
All of this could’ve been avoided with some flexibility from the outset. All I needed to do is cancel and replace my order to the correct location. I’d also like to note that you can’t change the email address associated with your account.

Good app, but needs customization of items
My family routinely orders from Noah’s each weekend, it’s almost a tradition. Love their bagels, and their spicy sausage sandwiches are fantastic. The app is a great start, but it needs a better way to customize orders of a box of bagels. Having to call after placing an order in the app to tell them what you’d like kind of defeats the purpose, guys. Makes life easy
What a great way to get your morning treat with no hassles. Besides wonderful service and consistent quality now you add convenience. Noah’s bagels is always improving and always impressing me. The staff is second to none and the app is a great way to gain value. The only app improvement would be offering daily deals as well as rewards. I would also like to mix more bagel variety with sandwiches. Also add more then one smear. On the app you cat order peanut butter and jelly on a bagel. Or cream cheese and strawberry jam.
