You can’t see your past orders in the app which is really inconvenient when they get something wrong because you can’t show them what you ordered exactly unless you have the receipt. It only shows that you ordered and that you paid but not exactly what you ordered. I hope they add this function in other updates. Other than that app works fine. Charged for food I never got, no way to refund
I used the app to order-ahead a meal at my local shop. When I got there, they didn’t have my items at all. But they said they couldn’t refund purchases made through the app; I have to call the contact number in the app. But there is no contact number in the app, no customer support link.
So the app took my money, didn’t supply the product, and has no way for me to get it fixed.

Shopping cart is useless
I tried creating an order six times today because I would hit a button that would take me out of the ordering system and clear my cart in the process and completely start me over, which included a number of times where it had server connection issues during the third or fourth time when I finally was at the end. As a result, I had my order get screwed up because I had missed one piece on the sixth time ordering. Thankfully, the store was incredibly helpful in supporting me in the messed up order. Also, their customization doesn’t give all ingredients in their sandwiches. My wife had a weird tomato mayo spread on it that was not in the description, and I had no way to say I didn’t want it because I didn’t even know it was on it. Great but needs Mods!
I am really grateful you guys have an app to make ordering and pickup easy and convenient. However I do think there should be a few more options when I make orders, like being able to request cream and sugar for coffee. Or being able to add other items to my bagel orders, like tomatoes and avocado, obviously I am happy to pay for this! But it would be so nice to be able to modify my orders from the app.

Terrible App, Don’t bother
Downloaded the app for the first time and could not place an order at any location near me. It kept giving me a message that something had gone wrong when I tried to complete my order. I deleted the app and tried again, still the same. Then I called multiple stores to place an order and was told at one store they were too busy and at another placed on hold and met by an abrupt woman who showed now interest in helping me. No order receipt, history, nor refunds!
I recently placed an order that my local Noah’s did not correctly fulfill. There is NO WAY to see the order that you placed, and no order history other than your balance of funds. You can’t show the store what you ordered! You can’t view or cancel an order you placed 5 seconds ago!
Luckily the store has a record of what you ordered (obviously), but they can’t refund you in the app! You have to go back to the store to get a refund separately from the app! What an awful experience. I had to spend 40 minutes traveling round trip for an order my local Noah’s messed up. Not fun, and obviously no compensation for my time. Not even a free stale bagel.
Fix your app! ALLOW US TO SEE WHAT WE ORDERED. ALLOW STORES TO REFUND DIRECTLY TO THE APP’S BALANCE!Show lessSmak
Good app, but needs customization of items
My family routinely orders from Noah’s each weekend, it’s almost a tradition. Love their bagels, and their spicy sausage sandwiches are fantastic.
The app is a great start, but it needs a better way to customize orders of a box of bagels. Having to call after placing an order in the app to tell them what you’d like kind of defeats the purpose, guys. Please, give a text field to request certain bagels, and schmear flavors, and if they’re out they’re out.

Corporate Office is a JOKE
Since Corporate wants to ignore me, I’ll just make myself known here. I had an issue that I wanted to resolve with this company by calling them. They said they couldn’t do anything (didn’t even try) so I asked to speak to someone who could help me, they said they would pass the problem to their manager and that they would reach out to me in 2 business days (never did). So I contacted them online stating what happened, and their online system of contacting corporate gets you no where as well. I used to come here on the daily, but since I don’t matter to them, I’ll gladly take my business else where. Don’t bother calling corporate for a valid reason, cuz they will make you feel invalid and won’t even bother with you at all. Again, this company’s Corporate Office is a JOKE.Show lessPacificPostcard
Great app
Have been purchasing from Noah’s for years. I have always wondered why they were so behind Starbucks when it came to apps / rewards. The Noah’s app tracks point, provides rewards and is not gimmicky like that Starbucks app. Which prior to the Noah’s app, I would use very frequently. Needs Improvement
App is slow to load, and on many occasions, I don’t earn points for my purchase at Noah’s because the actual queue at the store is getting long and the app is still deciding whether it would open or not. Ridiculous! I have a data plan - and even when I try to connect on Noah’s wifi, the process takes so long that I end up just going through with the purchase...which means I am unable to check-in and end up forfeiting my points.
