Great Noah’s Store
More so than this app, I want to rate your employees at your Sloat Blvd. location in San Francisco. I went there today and they were polite, friendly, and very helpful. I didn’t know how to scan my reward on the app and the young woman who helped me was so patient. Made me feel like everyone had trouble scanning when I know they don’t, I’m just an old lady with little smart phone experience. Great to order ahead w/ Apple Pay
Simple interface and easy ordering. Much better than standing in the long line. Great that it has Apple Pay integration. Two criticisms. First the old interface could be made a bit easier to navigate. The way some options scroll left and right make it hard to see all options. Also not many customizations are available, for example if you want no cheese there’s not a a way to do that.Show lesswonderboymatty
Email can’t be updated / account hacked
I received a notification someone hacked my account. Luckily I do not save my credit card on file and keep the balance of a previous transaction which is barely nothing. I will never leave money on this account or load a gift card since your account can be hacked, Noah’s customer service provides no responsive and they is zero way to change your email through the app.
I have reached out to customer support on a few occasions to change my email on file as I can not perform this transaction through the app on my end. After 3 attempts, I still have not received a response even with including my account has been hacked. I do not trust the security of this app and am gravely disappointed in the lack of attention immediacy this should receive. If you don’t care about your customers nor their accounts, at least provide me with the courtesy to change my email on file personally without your assistance - especially being assistance has not been attempted.

I’ve been going to this location for a years and I usually order on the app, and when I order there’s a women that knows me so well she puts the right amount of sugar in my coffee automatically and she’s so nice.

THESE BAGELS R SO YUMMY i would recommend ordering in person though because online, they seem to give the worst bagels they have.. it’s probably most definitely just the workers but i ordered online for the first time and when i went to pick it up, my bagel was the most lopsided bagel ever and there wasn’t that much cream cheese on it, not a dollar and sixty none cents worth of cream cheese ):Show lessjoooanna nguyen

Y’all’s bagels turnt up n never burnt up. Peace to the Solano crew every morning especially the ladies holding it down but never holding it in. I love my Davis Noah’s!
This is a nice group of people to know. When I come into the store they greet me with a smile and say hi Sally. Even when there are many customers to serve they are a quick as they can be without making an error in your order. I appreciate their hard work. Functional but not helpful
The app generally is easy to navigate but making any adjustments to your order is not allowed.
Say for example I wanted to order a sandwich but I was allergic to one of the items. There’s no way to go in and ask that that item not be put on your sandwich. You can only order any of their items as is. If you require any adjustment to your sandwich you have to order in store. Which is definitely unfortunate because I’d probably go here more if I didn’t have to wait in line to order something more specific.Show lessShalomiemyhomie

I did a pickup order, overall the food was good. However, they were out of items and replaced them with items they “thought” we would like. Well both items are something we wouldn’t eat.
