first time user, confusing and buggy
app is unclear that it makes you preload funds for your purchase and then seemingly makes you pay again… i assumed the app was glitching, so i cancelled my order and put the exact same items in my cart, and then checked out with the preloaded funds.
i ordered ahead of time, but navigated away from the completed order page… app is very unclear on how to view a current or past order - it only shows point history… no confirmation email either.
i preordered for an event and now i have the stress of wondering if the order went through.
if staff are confused or i need to check something, there’s no way to prove what i paid for or ordered.
please add a function to view pending or past orders. this seems like a massive oversight or design flaw. if i couldn’t find the past orders, i’m willing to bet others have that issue too.Show lessArlechinno JR.
i love noah’s bagels with my whole heart
noah’s bagels has changed my life. i was at my worst, and noah’s bagels was there for me. i looked forward to every weekend because it meant i was able to visit my safe haven. i set a goal for myself to try every bagel offered at this amazingly fine establishment and i am proud to report that i have tried 11 out of the 17 bagels. it bring me so much happiness. it brings me so much joy. i love the westwood location with my entire heart. only recently did i discover this swagilicious storefront also has a rewards app. the app is evolving my ever-evolving perception of noah’s bagels. it’s amazing. the interface is more than i ever could have asked for. simple yet classic noah. it’s a perfectly executed concept. i simply cannot believe i didn’t download sooner. live laugh love noah’s bagels. bri out ✌️Show less@oh_bri_bri
Who could not like Noah’s bagels.
They are absolutely the best bagels ever unless you can get to New York of course. It would be nice if they had a few new flavors like something cranberry or berry as they have had the same ( standard flavors as everyone else) for a really long time however the new spinach cheese is to die for good so if you haven’t had that you need to try it.Show lessRedPepper14

While the basics are there, the app really could use a little bit more customization (what if I want a side of shmear or have shmear added to my egg sandwich? It can be done in store without issue) and in the two weeks since I’ve used the app last, it seems that Apple Pay has been removed as a payment option.Show lessCrodeavin
Can't offer order details, unclear payment
First of all, it's crazy that I have to download an app to order, the website can't help, so there's all these extra steps.
Now that I have the app, the breakfast BLT, which on the menu comes with a default of challah, didn't give challah as an option, and there was nowhere to put notes about the order Lastly, I click the payment of chin and it took me to Apple Pay like I would expect seem to take the payment, then put me back onto the payment screen and making it seem like I needed to pay again, and I have no way of knowing if my order went through, guess I'll just drive there and find out.Show lessmahadavid

Good food - great service!
This team is superb! I used to ‘wait’ awhile for my order but now, no more! It seems they have perfected their service supply chain and it shows!! Yesterday, one of their workers recognized me, took my order and by the time I paid for it, it was ready!! Love it!!Lincolnlog Girl
Wish there were more free stuff/ prizes
I go to Noah’s bagels all the time. It’s a family favorite for breakfast, hiking, and even lunch and dinner (when I’m lazy haha). I just wish I could receive more free items. I purchase stuff all the time and almost never receive the points or free items from promotions. Makes life easy
What a great way to get your morning treat with no hassles. Besides wonderful service and consistent quality now you add convenience. Noah’s bagels is always improving and always impressing me. The staff is second to none and the app is a great way to gain value.
The only app improvement would be offering daily deals as well as rewards. I would also like to mix more bagel variety with sandwiches. Also add more then one smear. On the app you cat order peanut butter and jelly on a bagel. Or cream cheese and strawberry jam. At home I always have more then one topping.Show lessBirdstreets
But what can it do??
Downloaded this app so I could place an order for pick-up, and it doesn’t even do that well. Take note: the opening screen is the only way to place an order; it’s not in the menu or anyplace else in the app.
Beyond that poor user design, the app doesn’t include any prices, even once you select the store location, and it’s not possible to place an order outside of regular business hours.
So after some effort, I can’t even plan my event spend using this app. I might as well save space on my phone and just call them in the morning or drive over and stand in line. Oh yeah, Safeway is right next to Noah’s, so maybe I’ll just buy some cupcakes for the office and be done before the morning.Show lessImalphadog
