  • Just another piece of paper in the mail

    When I found out about hinge health, it was because I received a flyer in the mail. Almost threw it out until I decided to read it because it said free on it with my insurance company. I’m glad that I did read because I have been set up with a wonderful program that’s going to assist me with becoming stronger and hopefully having less pain and not having to have surgery, I love working with the staff to set up my exercise program to make me stronger. The feedback from the staff is always great. The articles that they give me to read are empowering. I am just glad that I did not throw that paper away. I called and salt help for knee pain, and as I have come to learn, wear and tear and deterioration of our knees is normal, whether we experience an accident or not with knees, we don’t have to be limited in our motions. We can become stronger and learn to live and move with less pain but it doesn’t have to be intense pain if we strengthen our muscles. I feel blessed to have a coach and work with a physical therapist to get into better knees. Awesome Program!

  • My neck pain

    Hinge health has been really important in my journey to recovery from my neck and shoulder pain problems I had been having for years. It’s very convenient to have it available in my phone. I can do my exercises anywhere I want. It has saved me Tim’e because I don’t have to drive to tge physical therapist office twice a week to get my treatment. It fits into my busy schedule. I also like the support I receive from the coaches. They’re always kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend Hinge Health for people with limited time and money. It has been a great resource in my recovery.

  • Just do it! You WILL be surprised!

    Using Hinge health app will decrease pain, strengthen your core and increase your flexibility. It fits into your busy life and takes only about 15 minutes to complete. You choose how many times each week you do the program and when.
    I am a morning person so I typically do my program early however “when” is up to you.
    My coach is a text or email away and has provided great resources that help when needed.
    So what are you waiting for? I am so thankful that my back and knee pain is so much better and I often forget how painful they once were.

  • Life changing with small steps

    Hinge health came into my life about a year ago. I began the program along with other activities including physical therapy. Then last June I moved and messed up my ankle in the process. I could not or would not do much and I moved back to square—well, not 1 but square 2 or 3 for sure.

    I decided to revisit HH. I cannot say enough about the good support this app provides, all of the professional assistance, and the coaching. Daily reminders keep me mindful that if I can do nothing else I can squeeze in 10 min a day.

    I’m big going to escape without surgery, I feel. But if I can put it off at least 3 years I’ll be so grateful.

  • Happy with Hinge Health

    I have been using Hinge Health since November. I signed up because of reoccurring hip pain. I was immediately impressed with the package I received, including resistance bands, a phone holder, chargers, and sensors. I was further impressed with the personal plan and and the therapist who stayed in constant contact and actually reviewed the comments that I submitted with my daily playlist comments. I know if I stay consistent with these exercises I will continue to improve. I have been encouraged to remain consistent with my exercises and more importantly given hope!!! I have recommended this program. To family and friends. So happy with hinge health!

  • Little stretch routine means a lot

    From the very first day I started the hinge stretch routine I could feel a different in my body, I was stretching! Something I barely do although I workout most day of the week for the past 8 years. I didn’t realize I wasn’t stretching enough and the impact it has in my hole body. It feels so good! I have to say that when my back doesn’t like the exercise and I feel uncomfortable, I get discouraged but as one of the doctor from hinge thought me; It is normal to feel discomfort.
    The communication between the trainer and doctors is pretty neat. They are always on top of you if they notice you haven’t use the app in days.
    I am so grateful I have the chance to use this hinge program. Thank you so much to everyone that is involved in such a great idea.

  • My New Normal

    I started Hindge Health in 2022. At that time my back wasn’t in great shape. I had had a physical therapist tell me I had significantly lost a lot of my range of motion. I couldn’t afford to go through physical therapy twice a week nor could I take the time off work. I started Hindge Health hoping for a miracle and boy did I get one. I’ve learned so much about dealing with pain. I have almost no pain now. I was off the program for a few weeks due ti work demands. I put my back health on the back burner. I could tell a big decline in my mobility, stiffness and balance and the pain was starting to creep back into my daily activities. I’m back on the program and I hope I never stop practicing what I’ve learn. My coach Hyla has always been there in a non pushy way and I’m so grateful for her. This program really works trust me.

  • Hinge Health

    I joined Hinge Health over a year ago, when hip pain interfered with the yoga practice that was key to my stress management. When my insurance program announced Hinge Health, I decided to give it a try. As part of the program, I got a tablet loaded with graduated exercises tailored to my needs, and sensors to wear while exercising. The sensors provide immediate feedback, to maximize benefits of the hip exercises and avoid injury.

    I do the exercises most days every week while watching TV at home, and they take about 15 minutes. As an added benefit, a coach regularly cheers me on and keeps me motivated.

    After a week or two of the exercises, I noticed increased energy and range of motion. I began to experience greater ease doing yoga poses. About two months into the program, I stopped having hip pain during my sessions. Now, if I miss several sessions, I can tell a difference; the hip tightness begins to return. I enjoy the sessions so much, and the benefits are so clear, I return to my Hinge Health practice as soon as I can.

    Hinge Health has definitely been a game changer for me, and I plan to continue it. This small daily commitment has greatly improved my quality of life.

  • Works well for me

    I’ve been fortunate to experience the positive results of this program. I tried a number of therapies short of surgery for a neck/shoulder injury I suffered 5 years ago. The playlist approach is engaging and have found the results to be great. My pain was at a level that impacted my sleep and sitting at a computer unbearable at times. Hinge Health playlists have strengthened my neck/shoulder muscles and increased flexibility overall. Over time, my pain level has decreased to a point where most days I am now pain free. I did not expect HH would have this level of impact but I am grateful it did. The supporting library of daily articles, written by the HH team help keep things on track for me and to take more time for self care.

  • Gets Results

    Good: The app starts with simple exercises to ease you into it and build a routine. Occasional texts from my coach keep me on track when I start falling off. But the most important part of this system is the result. I went from having daily back pain (with painful spasms when I tried walking beyond approximately 0.5 miles). Now, my back pain is gone and I’m walking over 2 miles without pain! Also, there are a lot of good articles after each workout to help with motivation, meditation and goal setting.

    Bad: I do kind of wish there was a setting to freeze at my current level where I’m getting results and don’t need more. I suppose I could text my coach on that one.
