    I can never access the app. Just terrible.
  • This is unusable as is - needs update!

    This is the first time I’ve ever had reason to complain about an app- couldn’t agree with the other reviews more! This app seriously needs an update as after having the app for just a few days, trying to make reservations for restaurants onboard - this was impossible as there was no option to retrieve any booking, despite the bookings only just opening for my cruise.
    After numerous tries (failing) the app crashed and I’ve been unable to get back in again. It also no longer recognises my login password….. the complaints go on.
    PLEASE sort this out as it’s beyond frustrating!

  • Crashes all the time

    This app crashes all the time when you’re trying to book anything or fill documents out. Please update and fix the major bugs and crashes in this app thank you
  • Terrible app

    The app is beautiful to look at and there it stops; it is clunky, very slow, error prone, information (e.g departing time information) is not there - only arrival time; the ‘agenda’ only seems to open if you book something rather than saying which port you will be, what day of the week etc… comfirmation of activities booked not clearly listed anywhere, you have to go through the agenda… condirmation or receipts not emailed back… needs some serious improvements to make it trulybuser friendly rather than just ‘cool’

  • Shore excursions — a fuzzy piece of sleight of hand

    VV wants passengers to go through the app, but the app is missing several key pieces of functionality. To book shore excursions, passengers receive a confirmatory email that mixes up transactions w the total cruise tab. The name of the excursion does not appear, nor is there a unique confirmation number attached to it. I received two confirmation emails that only address the payment — it is processed quickly — but one of them still does not show up in the agenda/log. This means I paid but have nothing showing up in the app. No excuse for steering people to an app that doesn’t work, especially when these activities sell out. You should have some proof of the booking.

  • If it works …..

    The app is essential for your cruise and when it works is really useful and time saving. However it’s unreliable and does not work much of the time. To get it to work at all before the cruise I had to telephone the company who did something online which took a fair chunk of time. It failed completely twice on the voyage and had to be deleted and reloaded. Currently trying to download it again and it’s telling me it’s going to take ten plus minutes but nothing is downloading at all.
    Please get it fixed as it’s a shambles. Great idea. Shambolic implementation

  • Useless App

    I have had more problems with this app than any other. I’m on a 4 week cruise and it’s impossible to see my account. I’ve tried
    numerous times to delete it and reload it. Still no joy 😱😱
  • Needs attention

    The app experience is ok. Need to seriously invest in the app though. It’s a core part of the guest experience. The layout needs improvement and the responsiveness needs serious help. For example, I can’t see all my upcoming voyages in one place unless I go to switch among the voyages. I can’t see what I’m doing on a given day laid down along what other events are going on in one place. It would be nice to know if there’s a conflict and what the alternatives are. People book dinners etc without knowing the times for sail away parties etc. Love the graphic design and iconography, but the organization and information needs to be much improved.

    Blue dot in messenger icon remains even after all new messages are read.

    Need to improve your release times to faster than 3 months.

  • Virgin Voyages

    The app worked sometimes… we were able to do all our bookings on it but anything else was a pain. Want room service? Just call them. Most of the time it would just show me the menu and not allow me to choose anything. The notifications - I told a crew member we didn’t receive a notification for our reservation (they were kind enough to squeeze us in when someone canceled). I then received 8-15 of the same notification every day for the rest of the cruise. It was very odd. The cruise was an amazing experience and we had a lot of fun. However, an app cannot be made the central hub of the trip if it is not set up to handle everyone on the boat using it at the same time.

  • So glitchy and inconsistent

    App won’t accept my information for my next cruise (but the second half of my B2B is fine).

    As much as people make fun of Carnival, their app is head and shoulders superior to this abomination.
