Site stinks
I am using an iPad to log on and the site doesn’t even allow for a box to enter a question. This site is horrible and use ensure that all platforms of users are able to access the site and perform any functions with minimal roadblocksFlushdraw2190
Pretty useless
Apart from checking your balance and allowing you to change profile settings and contributions amounts, I don’t see what else this app can do for me. I can’t even check deposit history… sure they have statements, but only quarterly statements from the last quarter so I can’t even see what’s been deposited for months at a time. Overall, the fact that I can’t even see deposits makes this app somewhat useless. Seeing my account balance is the bare minimum, but I can already do that from any other 3rd party finance management app, so really there is no useful resources here. The website is super confusing to calculate retirement in come at age 62,63,64,66 etc
Changing assumptions is conversion me and confusing . It should t be this difficult to clearly show . Showing I’m 175 % of goal, when I can see what the the goal is , is completely retarded . It’s useless2115🤪

Terrible 401(k)!
Terrible 401(k)! I can’t see employer contributions, or more importantly, actual performance of each investment. I also can’t get statements unless I wait for a whole quarter, and I can’t create one myself. This functionality is archaic. JH needs to join the 21st century digital age. I’m recommending to my employer that we move to a more transparent & customer-centric 401(k).Show lessAMB Mike
Loosing my future
My account has been diminishing every month and I also put $$$$$$$$ into my account with my own money!
I don’t have the energy or the time to follow due to working long hours every day! Nobody calls or contacts me regarding “ what can I do to excel “ .

Provides your balance…
I find this app largely useless. It doesn’t tell you what you’ve contributed from each pay period, doesn’t show you gain/loss over time. When you click on statements, even those are useless. Just what has been contributed in the last quarter. Best part is when the statement loads, the pages are sideways and every other page is in the opposite direction as the previous. Lol.
I’d go back to Fidelity if I could. They have an amazing and informative app. Lots of information.Show lesschbaileyOR

I’m unable to change my contributions. Full service, full Wi-Fi and it just sits loading. I haven’t been able to do anything I’ve wanted the last two times. I’m having to go onto a computer just to do anything.LocalgirlKrys
