Provides your balance…
I find this app largely useless. It doesn’t tell you what you’ve contributed from each pay period, doesn’t show you gain/loss over time. When you click on statements, even those are useless. Just what has been contributed in the last quarter. Best part is when the statement loads, the pages are sideways and every other page is in the opposite direction as the previous. Lol.
I’d go back to Fidelity if I could. They have an amazing and informative app. Lots of information.

Unable
I’m unable to change my contributions. Full service, full Wi-Fi and it just sits loading. I haven’t been able to do anything I’ve wanted the last two times. I’m having to go onto a computer just to do anything.
Dislike
I always have trouble logging in and changing my contributions. It takes a long time to log in, upload and making changes. Poor quality

Should have readily available percentage gain/losses displayed by month/year/x number of years.
JH Mobile App is Nearly Useless
This mobile app is stuck in the stone ages. The information it provides to its investors is practically useless. It leans heavy towards “invest more money with us” but almost nothing around portfolio performance (a reason why to invest more) without many steps to open a Statement that’s days behind, and never in real time. Please take lesson from Fidelity, Charles Schwab and Morgan Stanley’s mobile app’s, yours is disappointing. Thank you

Horrible app
Your app is so basic that it’s not worth looking at. You are light years behind fidelity, Schwab and others.

Unresponsive and difficult
Super slow. At times I cannot get on site
Very disappointing
I am unable to move my funds through your app to another account which I’d like to close my John Hancock. When I thought I was moving this account all I did was away from my former employees account to my own IRA account
App died
This app is a direct reflection on this company. If you can’t manage to create a useable app , how can I trust you to manage my money? I can’t log on and have to jump through hoops to get my balance . This does not inspire confidence in this company .
