  • Terrible

This app is terrible. I can never hear my doctor or I am unable to un-mute myself and when I can they cannot hear me, I cannot hear them. This is a waste of space on my phones storage capacity. We end up having to just use normal phone calls.
  • The App Is Horrible

Every time I’m on a call it’s so slow and I can barely hear the person. The connection is never working and this app is a waste a time especially when you are using it for therapy.

    Developer Response

We are sorry to hear your call didn’t work as expected – please share details about the issues you faced with your provider. We are working to enhance our telehealth experience for patients and your feedback is important to us.
  • Credit card required

App doesn’t let me continue without adding my credit card.

    Developer Response

We’re sorry you’ve experienced issues with adding your credit card. All payment-related processes are managed through your practice. You will need to reach out to your care team to discuss all payment-related questions.

    Hate this app.

Wish my provider didn’t use it.

  • First time caller

I cautioned my health provider when they told me/us to download this app. I asked, “have your read the reviews?”. They said yes and that the problems had been fixed. Just today used the app for the first time, and like I suspected, several problems. If you’re on a mobile device, you have to use the speaker phone - there’s no option. If you switch to your calendar (for making appointments) during the call, it automatically turns your mic off and the camera off - so when you switch back from your calendar, you have to unmute and turn the camera on. A great example of the designers not being users.

  • Not user friendly

The concept is great, the functionality is very lacking. Everything I want or need to do in order to communicate with my doctor is thwarted. There’s no copy/paste or ability for appointments to auto populate into my google or apple calendars. No way to send a message.
This app is too basic. Not enough functionality and not enough customization on client/user end.

    Developer Response

The ability to initiate a message, manage appointments, and pay bills are permissions that are enabled or disabled by your provider. Please share your thoughts with your care team so they can consider enabling additional functionality.
  • Not user friendly, not adhd friendly

This is fraught with issues. I’ve only used it for 2 interactions so far and found it to be a terrible portal. First it doesn’t let your phone save the username/password, and has no prompt to remember those things. The intake form format was too small and kept resetting to that size and wouldn’t go into landscape mode. The curser moved along to the different boxes to be filled when I pressed next button but seemed to skip the optional ones, but not consistently. When I got to a questionnaire with a 0-10 scale, the drop down menu wouldn’t let me go past 7. The menu would disappear. Perhaps if I had a tablet, I could have filled it out? Not sure. Perhaps if the app could be opened on desktop pc? Then I could at least do the intake form? Maybe… then I messaged my provider and the messaging system had a bunch of issues too! Just to send a little note! This is an unfinished app imo or is it just bad? Idk. For mental health patients, your app needs to do a lot better. :/
  • So buggy and not user friendly

This app is extremely buggy. It won’t let you use your phone in landscape mode for telehealth calls. I am constantly having issues with my call quality. I also cannot use this on my iPad. It’s incredibly frustrating. Not to mention you can’t even use their website on iPads or mobile devices. I dread using the app and having to have any interaction on it.

    Developer Response

  • Clearly an afterthought

Been using this for an hour and I can already see why it’s so poorly reviewed. Forms are moved over without being mobile optimized, and most concerned it needlessly restricts your ability to answer some questions, by limiting you to numerals.
It immediately gives me pause that I’m trusting this service with incredibly private information
  • I seriously hate this app

Sometimes it signs me in, many other times it keeps giving me errors for no apparent reason. When i submit a password reset request, I don’t get an email with the rest link. It is one of the worst apps I use and unfortunately I don’t have a choice about it, which is likely how they are getting away with having such a terrible app

    Developer Response

We’re sorry you faced trouble logging in. We recently repaired the issue that prevented the “next” button from becoming active when users used a password manager to log in. Please update your app and try again. Thank you!
