    Clothes suggested were ok overall but did not reflect my style or size. Though I am 50 the suggestions seemed to be for a very old 60-70 year old. Furthermore offered suggestions in the USA when I live in UK. Finally the app crashed when I was in a session and no attempt was made to get back in touch with me, plus information offered was lost. Numerous complaint emails were then sent but they then closed the complaint even though I had responded numerous times. Shocking service on top of a shocking shopping experience which cost $50 for nothing.

  • You can unsubscribe

    As soon as you realise that you get nothing from this app, you can unsubscribe. To avoid the hefty charges within 1-2 days of paying an attractive USD99c, you can’t unsubscribe from your phone settings. You need to download your LUMI app (no charge). First go to the home page (bottom left). Then scroll right to the top and on the TOP RIGHT side is your profile. One click and you’ll see the unsubscribe option.
    As mentioned in the other poor reviews, which are true, this app doesn’t clearly explain what you’re committing to. I’d be happy to pay a small fee weekly to get a little something back, and if after 4-6 weeks it delivered then I’d also be happy to unlock more features for a fee.
    Beautify set up, and a wonderful idea for anyone like me who regularly needs fashion tips, just need to get those first steps right and offer something quality at low cost like images of outfits based on the body type, hair colour etc selected, for the initial usage 4-6 weeks. Consultation with a stylist should be introduced WAY later. Consumers just want to get value from what they pay for.

  • Easy with some new ideas

    I enjoyed my session. It was a chat where they ask you preferences etc then they start defining your style and make some suggestions. They suggested long tunic style sleeveless jacket for the climate i pibe in which is a really good idea. I would recommend it

  • More money than you think

    I really liked the idea of this app, however, after you download it you have to pay additional sums ($15,$6 etc) to get the support they advertise (ie style guide, cool guide).
    I had a ridiculous txt conversation with stylist where they answered every 10 minutes, asked vague questions like “tell me about yourself”. I did all of the heavy lifting and then I was sent some obviously pre generated outfits with links to purchase.
    The only thing they do is send you articles to read everyday. I don’t have time for homework.
    A part of me feels like I fell for a scheme and I am a little embarrassed I paid for it at all.

  • Great App for plus-sized young professional

    I just finished my Stylist Session with Hanna!!! It was great after a few questions she was able to curate some really nice styles for me. Four of them that I loved. Will be ordering the pantsuit for a date I have in a month. Would recommend to everyone it’s worth it.
    Only one thing that irritated me a bit is that I was thinking about the wording to answer the stylist question she sent, while thinking another message was sent to tell me that she was gonna close the chat so I had to quickly send a response. I don’t think I took more than 5 minutes to answer and I didn’t like that at first but being patient paid off because I got a beautiful outfit suggestion.

    In spite of that the app is great and I love it. Can’t wait till next month!!!!

    I purchased a guide after taking a quiz on instagram not knowing that this was signing me up with a monthly subscription. Apparently the free trial is 3days of which you have to cancel witching 24hour before that ends. I did not receive the guide it took me to the app which asked me questions and then opened the app fully at no point did it state this was a subscription app and that I had a 3 day trial! If it had I would of cancelled immediately. Please do not get conned like I have, they are now refusing to refund and reviews on other sites have said I’m not the first this has happened too.

  • Be warned! This is a scam!

    I responded to a FB ad filling out a questionnaire to get an idea of what kinds of clothes to include in a capsule wardrobe. The company asked for US$0.99 to see the results. I decided to give it a go. I was hoping to get the information emailed to me. This didn’t happen, I needed to download the app. I downloaded the app and it glitched a number of times during the setup. It then tried to force me to sign up to a time to meet with a consultant, which wasn’t made clear that it would be a necessity in their ad/questionnaire. I emailed them to get my money back as I still haven’t received any information/results from the questionnaire. The company has refused to refund me as apparently that is against their money back policy, which they have a link to on their mobile site but there is no visible policy to read. I’m lucky I checked the app again during the process of speaking with customer service, as they had automatically signed me up to a subscription. Very sneaky tactics. I’m lucky to only have lost US$0.99!

  • BEWARE - SCAM

    I wish I would have read the reviews before downloading this app. The app is 100% not what is advertised. I tried to cancel, tried getting a refund and their “money back guarantee” is extremely limited - I have yet to hear about a user that has gotten any money back. This app developer is completely immoral and unhelpful. They only care about getting money from you and believe me, every single thing you want to do in the app costs money, aside from communicating with someone who sounds like chatgpt. Everything that is advertised is not available - no personal stylist, no helping with your style. Such a waste of $35 for something I will
    never use and didn’t operate as advertised. All I want is my money back and to be done with this app. I don’t advise anyone to get this app. You will be disappointed.

  • Very Misleading and expensive

    You will be led down a rabbit hole with this experience. Everything is an additional add-on, and the monthly subscription is close to $100. Once you get through the $.99 bogus leading to the app. You cannot purchase clothes through the app they only make stylist suggestions. And then charge you excessively for each additional experience. So before you even get to utilize the app you’re $16 in to find out it’s going to cost you 80+ dollars per month, they do not disclose their fees upfront only the $.99 download buyer beware they would not refund my app expenses. Once I saw the expense of the monthly subscription they did offer an alternative versus refund. But it was not acceptable to me.

  • They continue to charge your card fraudulently after your one-time purchase.

    I agreed to the 99 cent “plan” and then was redirected to their app which simply does not work. It says my account does not exist but it must in order for them to charge me. I emailed support thinking it was a bug and they would fix it. I got a bot reply and nothing else. 2 days later I have a significantly larger charge made to my card fraudulently as I have not purchased anything further from them. Do not purchase form this company.

    UPDATE: Developer response below claims to be investigating my issue but on the same day I had an email from them saying they’ve cancelled my subscription but no refund. Completely ignored my video evidence that they failed to advertise the 3 day “trial” and subscription fee if you do the style quiz and then purchase the 99p plan via Apple Pay. They have fraudulently charged my card and will likely do the same to you.
