The site locks up and I can’t complete order. Very unfriendly to use. We wanted to order curbside but were unable to place multiple ordersfl34209
App not working Dec 2022
I have been using this app for several years and through many versions. Seems like there is ALWAYS some kind of glitch. Tried to place an order last night and again this morning. When I get to checkout the app keeps telling me to enter a valid name for my credit card. I entered my name EXACTLY as it is on my card. I tried all caps, upper and lower case. Nothing works. Tried a different card, same thing. “Enter a valid name”. Called my credit card company. No problems. It’s an app issue.Show lessLuvswrdgms

Really buggy. Cannot delete stuff from my cart once I added them. Doesn’t support basic auto filling when typing in delivery or billing information. Not being a be able to paste into certain fields is super annoying. I’ve gotten so frustrated that I’ve given up a couple of times and just ordered from another place through Grubhub or DoorDash and just accepted the extra fee’s. I rather pay Cracker Barrel directly, but I literally can’t order from this app without it being s buggy mess.Show lessH.Henning

App wouldn’t let me place an order. Went all the way through everything and then it said can’t contact the store. Every time I have tried to use it, it is more hassle then it is worth.SCFireEMS
Never been easier to order Grandma’s Sampler!
Love this app! So easy to navigate… from adding sausage sides to adding last-minute butter, the app made is easy to put in my pickup order so it was ready by the time I got there!
Pretty cool that I can even order the peg game through it :)Bella P

App tells you 5-10 minutes when the actual wait is longer. For example, I’m standing in CB right now. App said 5-10 minutes. Actual wait they tell you when you walk in: 30-40 minutes. The app still says 5-10 minutes. Therefore, pretty useless. And I’ve been waiting 32 minutes at this point. Deleted!Show lesscallizen
