Used to be a Great App
This app used to work great before the latest bug fix. Now, I cannot log into it without resetting my password. Even when I reset it to the same password it was five minutes before! Then, if I log out and try to log back in, I cannot login without resetting my password again.
Not working
When I first downloaded this app it worked great. I use this to monitor and pay my electric bills for a house I own out of state so it’s nice to have this to keep an eye on it. Now the last month or more the app does not seem able to connect to the server! So is this an app issue or something bigger? Either way it needs to be addressed ASAP!! I tried going to the app developer website and no way to contact them there so hopefully they monitor comments here. This needs to fixed ASAP! I tried going to your support page but it’s not there! And I use it for PKM electric in Minnesota if that matters.

App features not working or available
Downloaded the app so I could view my usage and the option for usage doesn’t exist! I can only view my bills. None of the other features are available. I’m with Bruce Telecom. This is a useless app
Issues
Usually the app works without a hitch, but now I can’t sign in at all. FaceID is not working my password is not working. Even tried to reset my password, that not working either.
The app works fine
The guy who reviewed this app because he was too lazy to remember his own password, was his very own fault. He explained how he used facial recognition as his password of remembering instead of initially remembering the actual password he had setup for himself. I have been able to access into the app itself and do about everything I need to do in the app. The app constantly keeps asking you if you want to go paperless after you have denied them. That’s probably where the program developer needs to do the fixing at. Other than that, the app works perfectly the way it has been designed to. Just don’t forget your password and depend on just one thing without using another method to sign in.

Can’t even get to the login screen
The website is more useful then this app. When first setting up it asks you to search for your provider either by name or location. With the proper permission given on my iPhone 12 the app is unable to find any providers in my area. Then when searching specifically by the name of a provider the search constantly fails with just a message stating that the app failed to search. Makes the whole Althing kinda useless if you can’t even find your provider to login.

Trust me, the app is fine.
I was a bit nervous to sign up with the app for paying my electricity bill because of all the negative reviews but I did it anyways and glad I did because the app is completely fine, people are just cry babies. I reviewed my usage for the month, it broke down my charges on my bill and I signed up for autopay. Everything was very simple and easy and I couldn’t ask for anything more for just a simple electric bill.

Some issues
So far the app has been useful other than recently it won’t allow me to cancel the auto pay I set up with my utility company. It says there is a server issue that will not allow me to complete the action. This is very inconvenient and frustrating and I’d appreciate if the app team could resolve this issue soon.

Not working
App has updated all my Volunteer Electric utility bill for past 5 years. The last update caused my bill to no longer show the fail usage and daily bill amount. Please fix this as my service was almost cut off today because your app isn’t working
Wish I’d gotten this sooner—amazing info all in one place!
Love this app! I can see what KW I’m using each day. Can compare from each week the difference in usage. Can go back a yr. to see what I was using. Shows what percentage I’ve increased or decreased in a yrs time frame. This makes me feel I am more in control of my electric bill. Being on a fixed low disability income, this helps me know if I’m going over too much. Highly recommend this to anyone. Can pay through this site too. So easy!
