  • App is not working

It ask to complete profile info on login n when I continue to fill the profile info n try to submit profile info it says oops something went wrong. So no way into this app for now. Hope u guys will fix this bug soon
  • Unlimited Pass

I bought 4 unlimited passes last year at 10k each total 40k every time I tried to book no matter when there was no free and the discount price could be found cheaper on other on line Sellers.

I went to air Asia and voiced my concern asked for an extension on all four passes but the said they couldn’t they would escalate my concerns and someone would get back to me but it’s been long and no contact

What good is it to give you money for unlimited free flights and you can’t avail even one for 40k

  • Resets too quickly

I have been trying to book a flight but it is difficult and frustrating. If I am called away to a different app for even 30 seconds or if I have to check information like dates or COVID restrictions, it resets my search back to the beginning. I’m was almost at booking and I have to go back to the beginning! I can understand refreshing my search results but this is a complete wipe-out. Very very very frustrating. I think I’ll try another app or a website.

  • Steals from customers in the middle of a pandemic

    Let this company go bankrupt.

Refunded my flight as a “credit account” to use at a later time. Have tried to use this credit account on two occasions and the company has literally set up their website in a way that doesn’t allow you to use it. When inquiring they say ‘there is a website problem. Please try again in 48 hours.’ I honestly just feel bad for the people who have to work there and have to deal with angry people all the time and will inevitably lose their jobs because of the corruption of this company ✌🏽 I will no doubt pay for a more expensive option to never spend my money with Air Asia again.

  • Super Dumb App

The recent make-over with claim super app is really dumb. Tap in-app banner opens in-app browser and asks to download the app from app store.
Finding flights, as I assume the core feature is now even crazier. Input the origin and destination cities then the search gives you recommendation to buy groceries.

I know the business gone crazy at the moment, but don't you guys think its important to have a good check before release?

  • Mismatch

I could not fly to south East Asia December 2019 returning January 2020 due to illness. I normally buy premium flexi fares but this time I bought promo fares. I rebooked in November 2019 to premium flexi fares for travel December 2020 returning January 2021, which cost me the extra fee for premium flexi the service fee and price differences. I’m glad I did as with covid 19 I’m not confident I maybe able to fly at the end of the year so with premium flexi fairs I have the luxury of changing my flight dates at no extra charge but I pay any price differences which is fine buy me. The problem I have is when I bring up my new flights in my bookings it shows the new dates as correct but when I click on my itinerary it shows the old dates which no longer exist. There is no contact numbers I can call to correct my issue and I’ve tried the Ava chat service but they don’t understand my question after rewriting it several times. I have been directed to live chat but I am on hold forever and I can’t get through. Facebook is non existent. I have no way at this point to fix the problem. I understand this is a trying time for AirAsia but seriously. I have been flying with AirAsia x and domestically in Asia for a few years and have held the airline in high regard. That’s slipping away very quickly. If anybody that may read this and are able to reply to it your help/ ideas would be appropriated.

  • VERY POOR SERVICE

I booked multiple times for me & my friends for an upcoming vacation but I received an email that airasia cancelled all the flights (which is understandable bcos of the virus). But then again, I tried to get my credit A LOT OF TIMES through the website bcos it won't let me through AVA. Now I can't even call the customer service to solve any problem bcos the last time I called in they said they will just entertain flights in India and now I don't know how to get my money back. SUCH A SHAME!!!

  • Flight change

I have tried to change my flights with the credit system for either later this year or next year due to what’s going on in the world. I have tried the lady talking machine three times what a waste of time.
My partner was travelling with her sister and our daughter to Udon Thani with the way this virus is causing such a lot of worry I thought it best to change the flight not cancel but find this very hard especially writing to a machine. Hope you can help.
    The Booking number is NSGTUI.

  • Hidden fees at end of booking process

Processing (credit card) fees used to be within reasonable levels. Now they are akin to hidden charges as not known until after a lengthy booking process. Recently was charged in excess of 10% of total ticket costs as a booking (credit card) fee. Anything above 3% is fraudulent as it is inconceivable that Air Asia is charged more than 3% for credit card transactions. Malaysian regulators should stop this type of behavior.

  • Dufficult App to use

Air Asia’s online App is more difficult than other airlines, excessive requests for passenger information- such as current credit limit when using the Air Asia card - and Air Asia still hasn’t figured out how to have one App for both bookings and Big Red membership. Help is needed
