    Let’s compare the Starbucks app to this app. Starbucks hardly ever asked me to sign in. When I do, the app access is my phones saved passwords and allows me to use them with facial recognition. The Starbucks app hardly ever updates itself or it does so in such a way that I don’t have to get involved.

    The Jamba app always asks me to sign in. It does not access saved passwords so inevitably I have to remember what it is, I get it wrong and then I have to ask for it to send me a reset. The reset never comes through so I give up. The app constantly updates itself and asks me questions if it’s OK to do so. the app is such a pain. I just deleted it because I can’t stand having to go through all this work. That’s the summary, too much work for zero gain.

  • New Jamba Juice App

    This is one of the worse apps that I have used. You can’t find anything and it is not convenient to use. At least the old app was easier to navigate. It looks like the app was not a finished product and it was rushed to be activated. If I can rate it with less than one star, I would definitely do so. I hate this app and it will discourage me to order online.

    I have tried this app for the 2nd time and it has not improved at all. It is so irritating to use this app and I would think twice about ordering any more items using this app. It is not user friendly and you have to search for everything. It shouldn’t take me more than 20 minutes to make this order, but it did. Whomever developed this app should be fired because the app will definitely drive customers away. Not happy about this.

  • No reward system in the app

    This app is extremely basic and has no reward system at all like it is showing in one of the pics. Seems kind of baity to get people to believe in some fake feature that never existed for the app to begin with. The only features that this app even has is ordering and delivery with tracking. That’s it… And somehow for the actual app that had the reward features isn’t even on the App Store? Makes absolutely no sense for people who want to use the app instead of having to go on the website itself to use rewards. The kicker is… somehow other people were able to download the app and I yet I wasn’t? Something doesn’t quite add up. Because it doesn’t… It makes no sense… Whatsoever… Anyways… This just frustrates the heck out of me. Whether my review actually matters or not is up to speculation. But I just wanna say… So much for me giving this 5 stars.

    App required an update, after updating: Had to login, could not use my saved password from the website. attempting to access my password caused it to kick out of the login prompt. I need to be able to have an auto fill from my keychain. Not interested in using biometrics. Went to order, did not pull up recent history under recent orders, did not pull up favorites. Also, when using profile history, does not show all items ordered in a prior order when an order is selected even when it says there are multiple items in the order. Lastly, Not organized by date. Went to use my save payment, which I have used in the past. Failed to process for whatever reason, and still no Apple Pay?? By that point, it had been a half hour of trying to get this app to work. Not quit and gave up on a purchase today. Guys, please at least a little QA!

    Edit: Fixed the login prompt issue, but still has the others. Biggest is still the lack of security from a stored credit card instead of ApplePay. Hoping that my order history is just old data being mangled and can’t be read to re-order from.

  • How can an app be this bad!?

    I have tried for years to use this app with zero success. First off, it would NOT allow me to create an account. It went nowhere. It just spun endlessly. This wasn't a one time thing, it was every time. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times over the course of over a year. I decided to try again. Now it says I can't create an account with my email since it's in use. Except when I try to reset my password, my account doesn't exist. Well, neat I guess. So, I sign in using my Apple account thinking it'll finally work. How stupid of me. As soon as I try to change the location, it opens them up but won't allow me to select one. It immediately closes.

    This is honestly one of the worst apps I've ever used, if not the worst.

  • Great product overshadowed by wacko tech

    This is easily my fourth go-round with losing access to my account or rewards points! I'm not a big coupon collector, so I really wouldn't mind that if I could just place an order without reentering info and numbers and ID multiple times. And then, finding the smoothie you want is obscured by which category it has been placed in now! Last time I went in, thinking it would be much easier to order from the counter and found that I have to deal with your ridiculously counterintuitive screen EVEN IN THE STORE!! My patience is wearing thin and may not continue to help me get my Jamba "fix". There's a Vitality Bowl place just another mile away.

  • Someone please help fix this app!

    It’s terrible! If you want to make a substitution, it defaults you back to a size M. You make the substitution and click add to cart and then it shows up in the cart without your substitutions. Edit item from cart then takes you through the entire process again, save and add to cart and BOOM - your cart isn’t updated. The only option, that sometimes works, is to delete the item, close the app and try again. Another thing that happens is that when you click substitution, the ingredients are for a different smoothie. You know this because you always order the same thing and know the ingredients. Crazy to get charged 3% extra to order through the app and it’s a terrible experience!

  • Buggy

    I love Jamba, but I have not ONCE been able to get this app to work for a mobile order. I’m not not-tech savvy, either, I’ve tried many different ways. Our location is still fairly new so I chalked it up to opening issues, but it’s been long enough that you would think someone would notice or fix it?
    Before the last update, I could remove or add to my cart, now I can’t even open my cart or my rewards or ANYTHING without it glitching and going back to the home page.
    This is ridiculous!
    I’m very annoyed because I have to go in person every single time and it takes 20 minutes to get my items. If I could order ahead, I wouldn’t have to wait inside for so long.
    Please figure out why the app is so buggy! I don’t want to give up on it.

  • New Update Horrible

    Same as everyone else’s complaints PLUS They added a 3% surcharge fee for using the app for online orders! I will not be using the app ALSO terms and conditions of deals CANNOT be tapped on like the other reviews were they had a $2 off a $10+ order but what the app wouldn’t let you see is what it actually said which was that it was $2 off onto your next order but in the app that part cuts off in the deal window and doesn’t let you tap on it to read the rest meaning countless people went and spent money thinking they would save but instead they have to spend even more money for the next time to save $2 on the next order but I bet you can’t use another deal on your next visit and you either have to choose between that $2 or you’re deal and not both. Who ever is in charge of the app needs to be fired and these prices are insane for smoothies that half of the time don’t even have the the fruit that the title of the smoothie says it has like orange dream only has orange juice no oranges or razz matazz and has NO raspberry ingredients many more like that and smoothies separate an get super runny literally as you walk out of the store spending the money on frozen fruit and a new blender will be infinitely better and cheaper than this.. Jamba used to be a nice frozen treat to get when hot outside or with a friend or significant other now it’s a hassle and it breaks the bank!
