  • So many issues

    Firstly, I love Jamba Juice. But I hate this app! The last couple of times I’ve tried to order ahead, the app either crashes, takes too long to load (at which I’ve become so frustrated I just give up using the dang app). Today I tried logging in on my way home, and the app had logged me out! It was just such a nuisance having to log back in and then when I did try logging in, it said my details didn’t match and couldn’t log me in. This is annoying because I had a coupon to use and wasn’t able to use. The last time I used this app, a similar thing happened where I tried ordering in the app, and it kept crashing! Please fix the app and create a seamless experience.

  • Horrible app. Not user friendly.

    Been trying to fix my app and account for weeks now. Cannot put a card on file. Tried buying a Jamba gift card. Could not even put the card onto my account so I just wasted money on a card I cannot apply to the app. App issues with creating an account. Changing password of said account. And changing account information once making an account. I tried making 3 accounts and none of them are willing to change information so I can just use a SINGLE account. I’ve wasted countless hours and countless points on different accounts I’ll never be able to use nor get back. I’m heavily disappointed in Jamba Juice and it’s services. Fix your App.

  • Need to fix new update

    The app was so seamless before but now I’m experiencing a multitude of problems after new “bug fixes and improvements of quality of life” first of all every time I make a new order now I have to re input all my card information, and it doesn’t save. When I go to payment methods to try and put in a card to save the option disappears as soon as I tap it. Additionally the same thing happens with my phone number as I have to re enter it every time as well. I wish they just had Apple Pay like before! The only reason this review got 2 stars was because I liked the app so much before!

  • Major Bugs

    I love Jamba but this app has caused me a headache on many occasions. With this most recent update, I have had issues with items not showing up in my cart, but being charged for them upon checkout & them being relayed to the team. Yesterday I was trying to order a protein berry workout, but when I added it to my cart it would not show up. Then, I tried again thinking I had cancelled the first order instead of adding to cart. It still did not show up. I gave up and ordered a watermelon breeze, which showed up in my cart. When I went to check out, my total was over $40… which did not seem right. I went back to try to remove the invisible items from my cart but couldn’t. I tried quitting out of the app to clear my cart, but my cart was saved. There was no way to remove what was in the cart. I ended up submitting the order as is, and had to bring the extra smoothies home to my family since I could not get rid of the items in my cart. Please fix this issue!

  • This update is irritating

    I have found the Jamba app to be decent amongst service apps until this update that pushed out recently. Nothing about the app has been a positive change for me, just a negative experience at most points in the process comparatively. It is also charging me $1 more for my drink and not saying what the charge is for, going from the listed 7.99 to 8.99 at checkout, with the added fees on top of that. Also I finally redeemed a free drink and still had to pay the “digital convenience fee” which is just silly to me. I am ordering ahead which frees the employees up to talk to other customers for their orders, etc, why are you charging me for helping your business run smoother?

  • New Update doesn’t allow me to log in

    Update* My password finally works after a few days later. The new app doesn’t have all the nutritional info that it use to show. Now I don’t know which has the most iron or vitamin c, etc. I actual would read that info and it would help me choose which smoothie to get. The updated app has some glitches, ex. When looking up the map to a Jamba location, it doesn’t show correct address. Might need some time to get everything right but so far, I miss the old app.

    They updated the app because the icon looks different and it has me signed out. So I tired signing in and it keeps saying password invalid. I reset it TWICE, and each time the app doesn’t recognize the new password. I can't even get i to the app to order ahead now. I don’t think passwords are being saved, or else the sign in screen has a bug 🤷🏻‍♀️

  • Version 4.0 Update

    Firstly, I think it is worth mentioning that I have used the app to customize my order for over a year now. With the new update, I am unable to customize my drink the way I used to and my go-to drink is no longer available to me. Yay.

    Secondly, this update genuinely makes the app unusable. Not only can you not customize drinks as easily, but the amount of bugs and glitches make ordering impossible. Every time I try to add something to my cart, a pop-up comes across the screen and says: “Could not load shopping basket”, so I can no longer place a mobile order.

    I do not know what the solution is, but this update was wildly unnecessary and disappointing. It’s like the saying goes — if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it! Jamba had a good thing and (now I’m sure) is losing business over this. I have never left a negative review, (or any review, for that matter) about an app, but this seriously needs to be addressed ASAP.

  • Never works

    I generally like the app. It’s easy to navigate and order, however, every time I place an order it gives an error message and I have to order in person. I have a gift card loaded in the app which I can’t use because there isn’t a way to pay from the app for an in person order. Or, the team doesn’t know the app and can’t help me. Wish this issue would get fixed. Both the error and ability to pay from the app in person.

  • Useless

    I have worked at the Lowe’s in the same parking lot for 3 years. The 1st thing that drove me away is that the app says no online ordering for this location. The 2nd thing that drove me away from coming in is that certain items that I want every day are not prepped and the app won’t let me order when I’m on my break, so I can pick up when I go on lunch, thus allowing me to enjoy my smoothies/ juices/ shots while I’m on my lunch. This means my order today went from a $30 order, to a $6 order. The people who work at this location are very nice but when I can’t get what I came in for it doesn’t do any good. I also wish they had organic options.

  • Well enough most of the time

    I downloaded the app because it was easier to save information to order ahead. Unfortunately, the app has recently started to issue an error noting that “the order has changed, please validate order” despite nothing changing in the order. I’ve tried to remove items from the cart, change pick up times, change tip, etc. with no luck. Now I’m just stuck waiting in line defeating the purpose.
