Auto charged twice with no authorisation
I have been charged twice now with no ability to cancel. I read on other reviews that they “are incredibly transparent” I am sorry to report they are not. This reoccurring charge while they might say they do, must be in tiny writing as I was never aware when I signed up at first for £1. This is a Scam, please stay away!
EDIT: Further to this I was able to cancel, however, the fact there is an auto email for cancellation further shows they know what they are doing. Apple: please remove this from the App Store, potential users: avoid avoid avoid

Useless and money gauging
Money gauging app. To download $, to access anything extra $. There’s no limitation from their side as they hacked access to your App Store too just taking money from our bank even though I have asked for cancel in subscriptions. I also tried to apply for free trial pop up I though I’d like to try but money started coming out of my bank because of this app. 🤬🤬🤬im extremely mad that I have written to their contact us but no reply and it has been over a week!!!

I didn’t intend to download this app. I stupidly entered my card details to make a £1 donation for test results. The app automatically downloaded, the £1 was taken followed by £19.99 and then a further £24.99 a few days later. I did not expect or want to pay for this app or subscription and I was misled by them not making this clearer. I was expecting an email with my results only and a charge of £1.
