Unauthorized charges no refund
I downloaded the app thru the website and authorized the $1.00 7-day trial. Before I even opened the app, I was charged another $19.99 that I did not authorize. My phone requires Face ID to authorize Apple Pay transactions and I did not authorize the second charge. When I contacted support I was told I bought ebook that were not refundable. I did not buy them, I do not want them. But I’m being refused a refund. This is shady business practice, I do not recommend, this app will steal from you.

This app is supposedly for helping you get through mental issues but the only thing they do is make them worse. All they are after is your money. Bunch of SCAMMERS!

Has 7 day trial but they don’t tell you that deleting your account and app stops that! They still sneak and scam and take their money and refuse to refund!! Says they will notify you before trial ends so you can cancel if you want but they don’t send anything because they want you to forget so they can charge you. Absolutely avoid this garbage!!!!
ALSO- they are numerous complaints saying the exact same thing! Yet somehow it says they have 4.1 rating!! Obviously they have bots and fake accounts lying to say it’s great. You can NOT do anything in the app for free!! That is a bold face lie that they keep commenting on here!! Do not fall for their scam. I have reported them to my bank for fraud and hope numerous others do as well so they end up shut down for scamming people who are already struggling!!!

Rip off
Was told I would only be charged $1 they charged me $6.99 so I canceled immediately because that upset me. They told me my subscription would be canceled then charged me the full amount days later.
Awful app stay away! They take your money and don’t reply
I’ve been emailing since JUNE and they have refused to cancel my account or refund me despite me trying to do so and trying to get in touch.
