Customer service is awful - Beware of canceling

Careful on the renew, you can cancel but there can be issues. I got caught out and they say it was me rather than their side. Either way I’m unsure but they can see how many times I’ve used the app but alas still decided to uphold the charge 3 days later when I realized they had taken the money. Not a bank breaking balance but still money that they shouldn’t have had. Won’t return and advise others to tread carefully when signing up for this
