My balance is very bad, can’t stand on just one foot. For beginners like me I wish you would show and explain the various movements better. I find the workouts interesting and they do work you. I was wondering if weight training can be done with this program as in one program in the morning and the other one in the evening. I am starting from the beginning and not missing the sessions. I like that your program lets you go back.

I was skeptical about this app because I’ve paid for several that did not work but this app definitely puts you in the perfect place
1st excercise
So I’m guessing the first round is ‘easy’ clearly i need it. Haven’t exercised properly in many years. Im going to feel that in the morning but that means its working doesn’t it ?
Honestly tho, achievable at the first attempt but required some digging in which again is the point i think .

Some too complicated
Some Thai Chi exercises are wayyyyy to complicated. The explanation is too short and the many hand movements are not explained properly
