User reviews

Please revert to old app

I used to use this app in 2023 and it was life changing. I loved it so much that I was even a paid annual subscriber while under my parents’ Apple profile, and at one point I signed up to be an ambassador. The app had such a simple interface, with occasional videos in each module and clear progress tracking. I also remember clearly being able to sign into the app, and my progress and notes were saved. The changes to this app have been so annoying, and in all honestly I think it’s ruined the quality of the app. Now it feels like an app made with Claude that has no thoughtful backend and buttons that don’t work as expected to. The UX is so upsetting. Also, all of the helpful statements that I had saved to my profile are gone, and it seems that I am no longer able to properly sign in/out of my account (not sure if there is even an account anymore). My tracks have also all reset several times. It seems like every time the app updates, I lose all of my progress. This was the greatest OCD app before, and now it’s among the worst. Please just go back to how you were before. And if you aren’t doing so already, please beta test your releases with real users who have OCD so these issues can get vetted out ahead of time.

Walk back changes?

I’ve been a happy subscriber for some years. But the changes over the last few months are too much - the visuals and use of AI are overwhelming. Is there a way to get back the sound effects when taking actions at least?

AI generated, repetitive

The content felt very AI generated and was very repetitive across modules. Not particularly helpful.

They change it too much

I used to love this app but they keep changing the design so much it’s super hard to navigate now and the “feed” feels too much like social media, not calming at all. Also ever since they did this design update, all the statements in my toolbox disappeared which is really sad because that was the most helpful part of the app for me over the past couple of years. I’ve now deleted my subscription, which is such a shame because this app used to be so amazing for practicing CBT. Feels like I lost a friend. I wish they’d bring back the old designs. :(
