Flexibility
I managed to put in a complex kettlebell and body weight circuit. Very very good.
Doesn’t honor lifetime membership
Purchased the lifetime membership awhile ago and comeback to app that is pushing for subscription based. I emailed them and they basically said to kick rocks and offered a free trial. I never wanted the additional features, just the features I paid for. But they said they wouldn’t honor it or offer a refund. Lift 5x5 app is an app I’m going to try out and hear better things. It’s a pity. This app used to be great.

Another Subscription
I used this app in the past when I had space for barbells and workout equipment. I came back excited to be able to use it again to see that you need to pay an annual fee? For a glorified spreadsheet? No, thank you.
Simple but powerful
Simple straightforward interface is easy to grasp, but the ability to modify and customize also makes it powerful.
-hey , everyone. AI wrote the above comment for me, but I’m in total agreement with it. Very intuitive. Easy to customize without getting overly complicated. Great for accessibility. Great for Strong Lift / Starting Strength type barbell workouts.

Dishonest
I’ve been using this app for many years and purchased an early lifetime membership. The app went to a subscription model later on, however, my lifetime membership had been honored. Until recently.
The app developer has decided to dishonor his own and no longer recognizes the early adopters who helped make this app successful. It’s an act of greed and proves that the people behind this app have no respect for its customers.
There are other apps that do the same thing as StrongLifts and are free or still offer one-time purchase memberships.
