Most helpful mental health app I have ever used!

Exactly what I needed to put my CBT into practice. It is clean and oh so helpful to realize how my thoughts are distorted. Has been able to change my mood after journaling and working through my thoughts. I also like the option of having a specific place to note positive things that you can look back on

Thank you so much for sharing this. We’re so glad Unstuck is helping you put CBT into practice and notice the ways your thoughts may be shaping how you feel. It means a lot to hear that working through an entry can help shift your mood, and that the space for positive moments gives you something meaningful to return to. Wishing you continued support and growth along the way.

Huge changes

Great to have a place to go to at any time of the day, with HELPFUL advice. Has been a huge factor in a happier me. Great to have different types of exercises to do. Love how the AI goes to past entries, makes it very personable.

Started this app a few months ago, with the recommendation of my therapist. Did the monthly subscription and then after one month, went straight to the yearly subscription.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for sharing this. It means a lot to hear that Unstuck has become a place you can turn to at any time of day, and that the exercises and AI reflections have helped you feel happier and more supported. We’re especially glad to hear your therapist recommended it and that the connection to past entries makes the experience feel more personal. That kind of continuity is exactly what we hoped would help people notice patterns, build insight, and feel less alone in the work. We’re a small team, so your support through a yearly subscription means a lot. Thank you for being here, and for letting Unstuck be part of your self-care.

Organizing thoughts

I feel like the AI second opinion feature really reflected back to me what I was really saying and meaning and it kind of organized my thoughts that sometimes feels all over the place. It didn’t feel like an echo chamber like a lot of AI tools can feel like. It is taking an overall analysis of what I’ve shared presently, and in previous entries, and weaving it all together because sometimes we forget what we’ve already shared in the process, and may not be able to see the full picture of what all has been expressed. So it’s just overall very helpful to have my thoughts organized in a way. I have been journaling for over two decades since high school and my thoughts can be everywhere. It’s good to get them out, but I think sometimes it’s nice to get feedback from these thoughts and this app provides just that.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for sharing this. It means a lot to hear that the AI Second Opinion feels reflective and helpful without feeling like an echo chamber. That’s exactly what we hope it can offer: a way to gently organize what you’ve shared, notice patterns across entries, and help you see the bigger picture when your thoughts feel scattered or hard to hold all at once. It’s especially meaningful coming from someone who has been journaling for so many years. We’re so glad Unstuck can support your reflection process in this way, and we’re grateful you took the time to put it into words. Best of luck on your continued journey. We're rooting for you.

This app changes lives!

I am so thankful for this app and those who created it. Previously, I had used the Bloom CBT app, which unfortunately was sold and closed down in 2025, but I’m glad I stumbled across this one as a replacement.

For those who are unfamiliar with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), in short it is a structured sort of “self-help” therapy that focuses on changing negative thinking patterns to replace them with emotional regulation, acceptance, and a wider perspective than the negative thinking traps we all tend to be susceptible to. It doesn’t delegitimize the real problems in our lives; instead, it reframes our perception of reality to be be more REALISTIC: seeing silver linings, avoiding downward negative-focused spirals, and offering a sense of acceptance and forward movement. To those who are familiar with Buddhist teachings, CBT is a great compliment to that ideology.

This application is fully confidential, and its use of AI responses is integral to receiving an unbiased perspective. It also is helpful in that it meticulously documents your previous moods and entries to find patterns, establish a profile for your habits, and to remind you of previous goals and behavior in order to keep you on track. Personally, I prefer CBT other other forms of talk therapy because I struggle to open up to people and often feign “healing” to appease therapists because I don’t want them to think they’re doing a bad job.

CBT combined with AI responses is unique in that it makes you fully responsible for your own healing and improvements. It’s incredibly personalized to your history, and it doesn’t rely on the mental capacity or schedule of someone else such as a therapist. Your healing is created by you, which, in my opinion, offers a sense of safety since you do not feel reliant on another person or fear that their departure from your life means a loss of support. Instead, CBT gives you a greater sense of purpose, emotional control, meaningful thought processing, and a healthy perspective created by habits. And the best part is that it gives you a clearer view of REALITY.

Thank you to all who created this app. You’re changing lives.
