    Hi. I write this after a recent update which as normal as erased all input details I have gathered such as linking my loyalty numbers etc earned as my second visit to sandals. I’m not sure what the update has actually done to improve it but most sections don’t still work plus now My bonus points which the resort ignored I need to re add. So you need to vastly improve this site

    Very disappointed. Can’t add my booking, doesn’t recognise it. Thinks I have already used my email address, I have, as I booked direct with sandals and used email address. Can’t delete the app and start again. let’s hope holiday is better.

    We have had the most amazing time . The persons I recall the most that made us feel a bit more special were Fernando , and Stefano (snapshots) . It’s amazing how polite and happy everyone is on this island . Beautiful views . We took a catamaran boat trip with mud bath and snorkeling we had so much fun that is a must to do while you are here . We also took the horse back ride and swim which was also amazing .. We would absolutely return .. Thank you Sandals Family for making this the best vacation ever ..

    Beach is unmatched
    Food : there is something for everyone. Literally EVERYONE
    resort is huge and very well maintained
    Drinks are awesome
    Only thing is the gym is small and old

    This is our first time & we are enjoying EVERY moment …. The staff GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY to make you feel special & appreciated!
    Very friendly & the food has surpassed our expectations …. We are seriously considering making this our new ANNUAL destination trip because it has been so enjoyable! Sandals, you rock!!! 😎

  • SANDALS MONTEGO BAY

    For the 4th time in five years, my husband and I just returned from Sandals Montego Bay. We have done every level of service with this property and we were never disappointed. Our first trip we just had a nice room facing the beach. Our 2nd and 3rd trips, we had beachfront with butler service suite. And this last trip, we had an Oceanview room. If I must say so, I was not happy with the Oceanview room, but next time I will step it up. However, the service was absolutely THE BEST! From the time you get off the plane until the time you are back on — there is nothing but great service from Sandals.
    We’ve decided to spread our wings and in 2022 we are going to St. Lucia and Curaçao but in 2023 we are returning home to Montego Bay! Love, love, love SANDALS!

  • Disappointing

    Sandals Resort aka Unique Vacations has no oversight of each Sandals hotel. I spent days talking with managers at Sandals resort about our upcoming stay, but when I arrived the hotel claimed they had no idea the conversations took place and would not honor what the sales rep sold us over there phone. Also the customs and immigrations personnel in St. Lucia are very hostile and uninviting toward foreigners. I strongly recommend you book and desired vacation yourself to an island in the Caribbean and not use Sandals as a travel agency because that’s all it ended up being. Oh yeah if you don’t book restaurant reservations the first night you arrive for your whole stay you will be eating appetizer sized meals at the walk in dinning restaurants. The quality between restaurants requiring reservations and those that are walk-in is like a McDonald’s versus an Outback Steakhouse. Yes “all inclusive” only if you know what you’re doing. You could have a MUCH better (and cheaper) vacation if you book a hotel yourself. Don’t believe the commercials, it’s nothing like that.

  • Why I give 3 stars only

    Everything is beautiful here and the staff is very friendly. The accommodations are fantastic.

    The food service is horrific!
    I have never stayed at an All-Inclusive and have been hungry until now. Getting food in a timely manner is not happening in any restaurant much less from room service. It’s every meal as well. Not just dinner.
    It’s definitely a way to make sure there is no food waste but it’s definitely a big turn off at returning for another vacation. It’s very disappointing.
    We have eaten at 1 restaurant 3 times because it seems to be the fastest. We were just given our food and it only took 1.5 hrs to get to us.
    When coming to these resorts, you hope to try all the restaurants, but by the time you get your lunch, you are not hungry for dinner. It makes me think they plan it this way.

  • The Manor Restaurant

    Ashaki at The Manor was a phenomenal server! Her recommendations for food and drink choices were perfect! Highly recommend the food and her great service!
    Prior to dinner, Omar and Akeem made us a variety of drinks to try at the Polo Lounge while we waited for a table at the Manor. They didn’t have our reservation that we booked last night, but the host got us in when something was available and we were so grateful! The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was perfect!
