  • Righttrack trip assessment is miserable

    Braking on one single trip to avoid someone who jumped lane without warning changed my rating category…. Just 1 out of 23 trips..😲…. I don’t do rapid acceleration but one on my vehicles defaults to sports mode and is a little jerky even with the slightest acceleration now flagged as sudden acceleration and my rating’s changed… wth
    I’ve tried talking to CS but not helpful at all. ….

    This app works great. We recently bought a truck and needed insurance information rather than going out to the vehicle in 100 degree weather I pulled the information up on my phone.

    I do have one suggestion. Please make a spot that says go to account information with out going through file a claim. I found it eventually but it would make things easier if you could go right to it.

    I had major water damage due to a sewer pipe breaking. I put a claim in and my adjuster Jared G. was Awesome! He was on top of my claim, he was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me peace of mind during this stressful time! He still is in close communication with me until my claim was finalized. Thank you Safeco and Jared G. It was a pleasure working with the company and your adjuster!

    I just had an accident, and filed after hours using the app! The next morning 9am sharp an adjuster called me, I took it to a recommended shop, 6 days later I picked up my car! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Good job Safeco!

    I have been in the insurance business for 47 years retired as of now and I know how to recognize a quality company I feel this company has always given a fair rate with their products and their service is excellent I willI continue to keep my insurance package with them.

    I got in a hit and run car me and warped speed on me and safe co has been very fast on the response towing..rental car within 12 hours. If it weren’t for the fast responding I would be freaking so thank you deeply and very worth having

    Everyone I’ve talked to a safe car is been very helpful and polite I was concerned about my injuries only thing I wish is I would’ve had a smaller deductible and of course I wish the accident hadn’t happened I’m not the same now
  • Can’t upload photos

    It appears it is necessary to use a mobile phone to upload damage photos. I have a desktop computer with email. I have a iPad Pro with email and the Safeco app but still cannot complete my claim without sending photos of the damage. I was told on the phone that I would be given an address where I could upload the photos I have of the damage. Not true. The email contained a button that started a process telling me that I was not on a proper device to use this function, that I needed to use a mobile phone. I was never told when I purchased this insurance that I would need a mobile phone to file a claim.

    It should be very simple. If it can be done on a mobile phone why can’t it be done on an iPad?

    Even more important why can’t the process be done on a desktop computer?

    HMy wife’s Benz that was totaled put us in a weird situation but Safeco made everything so easy I would never even dream of going to another company from the rental car seeing the service to the payout that came very quickly and the additional $500 for returns in my deductible great place to be insured with wouldn’t think of going anywhere else

    This as been far the worst company to deal with if you have a claim. They want to pay the least they can and you have no idea why???!! The adjuster and the contractor can be on the same page but the company will come back and lower it more than 1/2 or more than what the cost can be. Same problem with a hail storm about 5 years ago. I stuck with them because I’ve literally had them for almost 20 years. And until recently I’ve seen a decline in their customer service and willingness to help or want to pay claims. But their premiums continue to get higher and they sure don’t help you when you have a problem! And mind you I have only had 2 claims In The past 2 years. I’m not one to turn everything in! So you would think they would be willing to help.
