  • BEWARE OF THE SCAM!

    I never write reviews for apps but felt compelled to help others before they fall into the trap with this one.
    Seemed reasonable and cheap at first but something seemed fishy about it so I checked out the other reviews. I was lucky to catch wind of what was going on before it was too late.
    I don’t know how they are doing it but they automatically sign you up for a subscription without asking your permission or anything. Once I found out I found the manage subscription section and cancelled immediately before being charged the $35 USD 3 days later (I will update if they somehow sidestep that too).

    I don’t understand how they are bypassing it but it’s not cool and absolutely blatant theft! I refuse to give the app a chance after seeing this type of scammy behaviour. Don’t bother because they are trying to steal your money without your knowledge, plus they don’t even offer any real outfit ideas and you are forced to talk to what is obviously a bot.

  • First time user; I was made comfortable

    I came to the app from Facebook or Twitter. I don’t honestly remember. Questionnaires are always fun. Then being given the option to chat with a stylist was very nice. Grace was very patient and helpful. She helped identify colors for me, and I was a little surprised; but the more I ponder those colors, the more excited I am about potentially wearing them. I’m definitely looking for a little change in my wardrobe, and that would mostly be in adding colors. I’m a very casual senior, and I mainly live in jeans and T-shirts. I’m looking forward to my chat next week with a stylist to go a little further. I hope I can connect with Grace again; she was very helpful.

  • SCAM - DO NOT PAY ANYTHING

    This company is a scam. The app doesn’t work. When you try to access the service is just gives constant error messages. I tried several times. I tried to contact the company but there is no answer. I cancelled my automatic payment through PayPal straight away and am seeking a refund for the original payment too. From the reviews it seems that many people have been caught by this. If this is you, cancel any automatic payment to this scammer through PayPal and delete the app. It only seems like small payments, but these criminals must be making a lot of money from people who don’t know how to stop automatic payments. I’ll be making a report to the Apple App Store about this scam app next. If you want help with your wardrobe I suggest going onto Pinterest and searching on Capsule Wardrobe. There are lots of great ideas on there. Free 😁

As for the charges, please be kindly informed that all information about trial period terms, a list of products, and prices are depicted on our sales screen. You cannot continue using the app without accepting the terms. Our team remains at your disposal if you need anything at all.
  • They will not refund you!!

    I am disheartened to know that your company does not prioritize fulfilling their customer’s requests, even if it is to not receive any service from you whatsoever.

    I did agree to pay for the trial period. I did not want to use your service after reviewing your product during the trial period as well as reading your negative reviews on your app. I tried to do my side diligence to ensure that you would not charge me anything outside of the trial period, but obviously, you were able to get additional money from me.

    I can only assume that it isn’t your company’s purpose to build a client base that supports your product, but rather to take full advantage of your terms of service. Good luck with that. Since not refunding money for services not agreed to is your company‘s way to make a profit, please, take the money I actually worked for.

  • Don’t be fooled

    Just don’t fall for this app. This app tricks you in many ways. Start saying that they will send you a personal style, I’ve paid to download the app and didn’t receive nothing. As I was going through, I noticed that they would be “automatically” charging me $35 in a month saying that “I’ve signed up” for this subscription even though I did not signed up for it knowingly. They tricked me somewhere where I have no idea. Still don’t know what I have paid for when downloading since they don’t offer anything more than what we find at Google search.

  • Total rip-off!

    Don’t get it! This app was cumbersome and difficult to use. I had trouble from the start getting anywhere past the first page. BUT that wasn't the biggest problem. Your free trial is extremely short! Don’t get it! The only thing their customer service is good at is sending you the same lame rejection about getting any refund if you simply don’t like it, or if you weren’t expecting the extra charge. And you will get that extra charge and it will be much more than listed on their app description! A word to the wised—DON’T GET IT!

  • Scam

    As others have indicated, this app costs 0.99c. I paid that assuming this was the cost of the service, however when I opened the app, they asked for more money. I deleted the app as I’m not that interested, but have now had money directly taken from my PayPal.
    Contacting support was useless, they insisted I agreed to pay when I absolutely did not! There was no note indicating I would be charged either way and no option to cancel a ‘trial’!
    They don’t make it clear that they’re going to steal your money as soon as you download the app(of course not)then blame you for not knowing about the hidden costs.
    This is an absolute scam.

  • My secret weapon

    I adore this app!!! Whenever I need some style guidance I go here…. 24/7! I often ask if a stylist to hunt down an item I have seen on Pinterest or even ask for advice if a certain item I am thinking of buying will compliment my body shape. Also sometimes I’ll create an outfit that’s a bit left of centre and just need a second opinion. It fits it with my life style and budget. I especially loved the initial consultations that helped me decifer my body shape and skin tone and things that enhance what I have. Love love love

  • New experience

    The app was a little vague but the chat with my stylist Anthony was great. He was very attentive and we had great conversation about my skin tone, my colors and he was very informative . I feel much better about getting started with my goals. The only complaint is waiting a week between appointments. I feel like I was excited to get started just to wait.. Anthony deserves a raise though because he has the patience of a saint😂

    I was not sure what to expect, but it sure wasn’t the personal professional and informative chat that I had with Anthony. This is the first time I’ve interacted with a stylist aside from email or text and it went very well. Anthony explained the process easily, and gave me information and options to best highlight my assets. I look forward to seeing the outcome of choosing new options for my wardrobe.
