  • Scam!!

    If you see any ads for "Tailored" on Instagram/Pinterest, it is a complete scam. They advertise themselves as a styling service for different plus size body types. The website throws you into a "style" quiz; when the quiz is over, it'll ask for a .99 charge for your styling profile. They'll also ask you to add in extra style profiles for 2 or 3 dollars each. Once you put your email in, they'll take you to a page to download their app, or continue to the desktop website. The desktop website is a dead end, because when you confirm your email, they actually don't create your account (even after being charged), you're put on a waiting list.

    I went to PayPal to check my charges and found out they had actually automatically, without my consent, signed me up for recurring charges as if I had subscribed! Thankfully I had paid with PayPal and could stop the automatic charges!

  • Disappointing!

    This app was disappointing. I didn’t find it helpful at all. They don’t deliver on anything they promise. I tried to cancel my membership but I couldn’t even sign into my account in order to cancel. When I tried to sign in I was told my password was wrong and when I tried to reset my password the email failed to come though. I was unable to resolve, payments kept coming out. I had to go into my PayPal account to stop company from being able to keep withdrawing my money. Waste of money. Nothing gained from downloading app. Don’t do it! If they were serious about delivering a quality app they would refund customers who have a poor experience. They offer no refunds for those who have been disappointed or deceived by this app. All they offer is lip service. They are not bothered about you, all they want is your money. It is a total scam and money making exercise. Shameful!!

  • Impossible to cancel!!!

    Don’t download!!! If you want to cancel, you have to email customer service that you want to cancel, right? No problem but when you do — they won’t let you. The customer service rep emails you back, argues with you, and asks you why you want to cancel. When you refuse to answer, and explain that you simply want them to cancel, they reply with a “but you didn’t give it a chance” email. If you don’t reply within their allotted time for their customer care ticket, they close the customer care response, without cancelling the subscription. Thus, you have to start ALL over, arguing with whomever you’re speaking. God forbid, you have a job — or are at a conference, and don’t have time to respond to them immediately. After they closed my ticket, in no uncertain terms, I responded with, “I am checking to be certain that my membership was canceled. I do not feel it necessary to provide a reason and you do not need anymore information to cancel it. Please cancel the membership and do not charge me another dime.” To which they responded with a litany of ambiguity— they’re sorry to see me go, but before I do — they’d like to know if I’m sure about my decision. I didn’t even speak with anyone or use their chat feature, and that the price is only $5.99 USD per month. I can’t tell you how livid I am. I hope Apple removes them from their platform.

  • Really enjoyed this app!!

    This app was super helpful for me!
    Diana was great with all of her tips and suggestions after some chatting about what I was interested in. My next session with Hanna was even more helpful and enjoyable. She compiled a capsule for me and I responded that two of the pieces were not my favorite. Hanna immediately went to work on choosing 2 different styles with 4 options each. Super fun having the links available to purchase the items if I choose.
    Will definitely ask more questions and use again. Thank you!! 😀

  • It’s a scam!

    I though I was though in not signing up for a subscription and bought just couple of guids but end up getting charged for close to $50 automatically 3 days later. App doesn’t show subscription so I could not cancel unless I go to the link from paypal. Reached out to customer service but all it says that I agreed to it when I signed up so no refund. The selling tactics is very confusing and not sure what I agreed to buy. No email for purchasing other than from paypal. I checked the spam mails, too. If they are decent customer oriented company, they would”ve given refund.

  • Fast and Fabulous

    I signed up to find a dress for a wedding I’m attending and was quickly matched with stylist Valerie, who send a list of beautiful dresses which met my criteria. I’ve selected one and can’t wait for it to arrive!
  • Do NOT buy this app. Cancellation is NOT easy and they charge you anyway.

    Do not buy this. The .99 charge is bull as you do not get anything for that charge as they make it seem. They DO NOT notify you of a subscription and this subscription is not in the App Store as others are. THEN when you try to cancel via the app it doesn’t even say that you are in a subscription nor does it show you how to cancel. You contact customer support and they tell you that the money is non refundable even though it is a fraudulent charge. I hate hidden and secret companies like this. Beware!

  • Frustrated with customer support

    I didn’t use this and wanted to cancel. The app makes it hard to find a login capability, so I struggled to get into my own account to unsubscribe (and this also prevented me from finding value in the app I was paying to not use). To try and receive assistance, I emailed support. I had to email THREE times (fist time and two replies) confirming I wanted to unsubscribe AND THEN THEY DIDN'T DO IT FOR ME AND JUST GAVE ME INSTRUCTIONS TO DO IT MYSELF. Their emails go to spam so all reset password and initial account set up didn’t appear to ever come to my inbox. I finally found it in spam and unsubscribed. But I really could not believe the support experience. Having worked in support myself, I was floored at the lack of just that- support. Thanks for a whole lot of wasted time and money.
