  • I remember when

    Though I still can’t believe I’m old being 60. Yesterday seems so close.
    There were no cell phones or Apps.
    Paying a bill meant sending it in the mail or driving half hour away to the LP&L place. That’s what Entergy was called in my childhood days.
    I have used many Apps to pay my bills. Some are so frustrating, til I won’t even use them.
    This Entergy App is smooth as slicing warm butter. So easy to navigate and even easier to pay my bill. It’s awesome and I love it.
    I do miss my childhood days and would have never imagined such technology that long ago.
    But this makes little things in life so much more convenient.

  • Entergy should be charged with terrorism and thrown in jail

    I pay these dirtbags every month, and every month they shut off my power. They don’t even wait anymore they just send out the letter and then they shut it off before the letter even arrives.

    What’s worse is that I can’t pay my bill because the app doesn’t work and neither does the website! It just says “Entergy mobile app is currently unavailable while we complete maintenance and improvements to the app. We are working to complete this as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience“.

    YOU APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE?
    Can you just shut off my power without warning and now you won’t let me even pay my bill. I these guys are terrorists, and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. One of these days, Entergy will be replaced by a company with morals. One that gives you more than one day’s notice. One that sends you a text message, gives you a call, or knocks on your door before they cut your lights off

  • App and website errors

    I would LOVE to rate this app a 5 star because when its working, its great. Unfortunately, there are constant issues with the app AND the website and it’s very frustrating when its time to pay bills.

    For the app: it seems to have a mind of its own. One minute i can log in with ease, see daily usage, no issues with auto pay then all of a sudden my account doesn’t exist unless i login through the website, i cant see anything other the balance due (which i also got alerts for but that no longer works apparently) and auto pay suddenly no longer works and then im unknowingly past due.

    As for the website: the only issue is that the ‘speedpay or billMatrix’ options for online payment occasionally do not work. You’ll click and click on either option multiple times and the page just refreshes back to amount due.

    I find it ironic that every time both of these issues come about, its at the same time. Basically, leaving customers no choice but to pay anything by phone and of course the service fee to do that cost more than paying through app or website.

    Please work on these issues if possible! I see im not the only one complaining. If yall need more IT workers, then send some applications my way, i know a few guys.

  • Report a street light feature cool but…

    Cool feature but could use some improvements. For example: the ability to see which lights on the map that I’ve already reported and the ability to select multiple lights at once, then select the reason, then submit. Would also be cool if there was an indicator next to each reported light (like a red, yellow or green light) so I didn’t have to expand each reported light to see if you’ve fixed them.

  • Last update doesn’t work

    Every since the last update I cannot see the outages. It says it cannot be displayed because it is in the wrong format. It was working before the last update
  • Awesome app!

    App is super easy to use and lets you pay, get on levelized billing and also let’s you see your usage daily. Great app!
  • Constant problems

    Pathetic. Usage data is CONSTANTLY behind and they are CONSTANTLY doing “maintenance “ to the app and usage data. It’s a very nice looking app, but there is no substance to it. It’s disappointing to read in their responses to negative reviews that they have fixed the problems - and they are not fixed.

  • App under maintenance more than up and running

    App used to provide good, reliable information on usage. For the last 5-6 months the data is spotty at best. Completely unreliable. We’ve been charged to upgrade our meters under the guise of improved reporting for the consumer and improved ability to monitor power consumption and billing for the provider. Funny but the provider is getting their enhancement benefits but as typical, not so the consumer.

    2.7 out of 5 doesn’t look good. Better get new programmers to make software more friendly!!! Some department is failing in their job. I am Leary when I see this kind of low rating!!!!!!!!!!
  • This thing has issues

    I am just going to get to the point. I have an issues with the app and website because they are both garbage. Neither one of them will allow you to add a checking account to pay your bill. I don’t want to pay the convenience fee every time and now you don’t let me put in my checking account. Then you’re garbage. The energy bill is high enough in todays economy so I don’t need to add any more money. This needs to be fixed.
